Location is good, near an underground and walkable to the centre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. They let us store our luggage for a while as we arrived before check-in was open.

That’s not the first time I stay at this hotel for the last 10 years. It’s very consistent and keeps its standards. The staff is professional and friendly, everything is very clean, the rooms are relatively big and it’s a good value for money. The hotel looks nice, it’s located in a renovated historic building in a lovely and safe district. The 1st district is just in a 25 mins walk, Belvedere - 2 mins walks, Stadt Park - 15 mins walk. There’s a tram stop almost in front of it and a train station is around the corner (so, it’s easy to get to/from airport).

I’m not sure it fits someone who came to Vienna for the first time and wants to be in the center of everything. As you still need to use a tram or to walk to Innerstadt for around 25 mins. Anyway, it’s a pleasant walk as this part of Vienna looks lovely. The internet connection might be better. The breakfast is a bit pricey. There are better options for this or even lower price in the city.

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. Additionally, the location was very near a tram stop so using the tram to get back to the hotel was nice and easy. The bathroom was clean and an abundant amount of shampoo, conditioner and regular soap was provided. Also, the staff were friendly and even booked us a table at a restaurant when we couldn't do it ourselves.

The breakfasts were quite expensive so we ate at nearby cafes instead as it was nicer and cheaper. Additionally, there were some stains on the duvet covers on the bed which wasn't very pleasant.

I'll start with the fact that if you stay at NH Wien Belvedere, you'll have the amazing opportunity to stay at a magnificent building that dates back to 1888. I particularly liked that the unique atmosphere and charm of the building has been preserved. It's super close to public transport stops, the Belvedere palace and the centre of Vienna. Besides that, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful.

It would've been nice to have breakfast included in the price, as the breakfast would've cost us almost as much as the rooms themselves.

Nice building with an interesting history. Nicely located near Belvedere and Botanical Gardens. Very near to Rennweg station and also main station is not far. Wellness area with two saunas (steam and finnish). Nice staff. Small self-service shop in the hotel.

Really very minor criticism: I actually checked in online beforehand and to my surprise it still took longer to check in at the main desk than in other hotels without prior online check in. Also I could choose for a room during online check in, but received another one at the main desk. Which is fine to me; i did not remember the room I chose anyway.

Hotel was in a very good location. Minutes away from the train and tram stops. It was very clean and warm. Overlooked the back and very quiet We Opted for a green stay so were given vouchers instead of having our room cleaned.

There was an app when connecting to the internet which allowed you to order extra milk Coffe etc for the room. We didn’t discover this until the last day. Reception staff could have told us about this when we went down to the desk to ask for more. This was nothing but a slight inconvenience. Overall the staff were incredibly helpful.

Our room and bathroom were very spacious, the beds comfortable and the room was quiet. Hotel has a great location with the Botanical Garden and Belvedere Park located just behind it, there are trams that run into the city centre outside, the train station to the airport and other destinations a 5 minutes walk away, as well as shops and cafes nearby.

The position of the shower over the bath was a little awkward and we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt it was a bit expensive.

Staff was really nice, location and views from the room were great. Also it was really quiet even though it’s very close to city centre. Really enjoyed the sauna.

Gym could be better - weights at 14kg tops, quite small. I guess it’s because very few guests are visiting it - met only one person there. The breakfast could be better, especially scrambled eggs, but it was still more than worth the price

Location and atmosphere of Wien Belvedere, on arrival, I set up time between 13-14, normaly check in is at 15, we didn't waited till 15 room was ready at 13.30, on check out we left baggage without any problem in reception and before leaving Wien we picked it up, staff of hotel was helpful and really nice. From this place center is max 20min walk and with city communication 5min.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, all though there is a breakfast buffet.

Although we stayed for 4 nights , we got the worst room in case of wiew. the hotel was in a beautiful area but we could only look at ...nothing in the back of the building. I would accept that if it was for one night, certainly not for 4 nights
