Nice hotel which is newly renovated and still it is being renovated. Location is exceptional and close to historical marvels and grand bazaar. The best part is the staff, highly professional and respectful. Whenever we needed something during our eight days stay, they fully extended their support and even we were offered Turkish delights as gift during our check out.

Nothing as such. Everyone is putting so much effort into ensuring everything is top notch.

Great staff, they were super helpful, great location only minutes walk from the main tourist area and Bizzare. Nice finish in the room, large water provided and big AC. They organised our transfers which was really welcome as we could get a fixed price and a quality vehicle. The breakfast was great with lots of choice.

A little room for improvement will go a long way. The bathroom had a smell emanating from the drain, the bed was a bit firm and too small if you are over 6ft tall. Rooms could do with additional soundproofing such as heavier doors, door seals and underfloor padding to dampen steps from above and cut the noise from rooms across the hall.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time at 8 am and were giving a room which was really nice. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots choose from. The location was close to amenities, restaurants, shops and Mammud Bacha, and Grand Bazaar is 4 tram stops or 20 mins work away.

There was no balcony but there is a big window that can be slided open to give you a balcony feel (in weather months) . The hotel is a bit outdated, and the bathrooms needs an update. It's in the middle of a shopping street so can be noisy during the day. It reasonably quiet at night.

Comfort Cleanliness and facilities wise hotel was exceptional. The staff was very supportive and courteous.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle, Sim /eSim , Istanbulkart and one travel adapter should be provided to every visiitor/tourist to make their tour hasslefree from the start.

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast area has beautiful view and the food is great. Staff was very helpful at all times we needed. The location is perfect, everything is short walking distance from the hotel.

The location is brilliant.everything in close proximity. Quiet street .a very good traditional breakfast .. newly renovated rooms and batt rooms . Close to all attractions .good transportation links ..

The hotel was small and lovely. The staff were incredibly nice. They changed our room without having to ask. The breakfast room is love with views. A really nice selection of items for breakfast. A lot of vegetarian plus eggs and a lot of cheeses. Different teas and coffees. The regular man at the front desk was very helpful. We’d already booked most of our excursions but next time I’d use the hotel.

The room was quite small. We had to keep our things very organized and put away. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The area is weird at first. Many stores selling wholesale ladies clothing. But once we got used to it and found which direction the restaurants were it was better.

We spent 2 weeks at the New Florenta Hotel and it’s became our Istanbul home. The staff working there is what really makes the difference, they are always welcome and happy to help and fulfill our requests. In two week stay they became our family. Housekeeping staff is doing great job everyday sanitize the room, it always fresh and shine. The waiters are always happy to help with day to day activities and are really friendly. The front desk managers are getting most of tension, but always positive and do their best to make our stay excellent. For the breakfast we had an amazing Grand Turkish Mezze Party breakfast, every day they server a huge list of different small dishes and I would love to thank the master chief who made this happen.

Perfect location (quiet street), close to city centre and to everything in Sultanahmet area, to T1 stop as well. 6 minutes walk to Sirkeci station. Friendly personnel, renovated and clean hotel. Daily towel change and cleaning. Good breakfast on the roof top in the morning with beautiful view of the mosque. In the evening you can stay in this area with your friends and family for a glass of wine (bar doesn't work, bring yours!)

Quite tiny rooms (which is normal for Istanbul's old city as I understood). Our room overlooked a very narrow small street thus it was dark, plus we had to keep our curtains closed because the room is easily observed from outside. Our friends had sunny room overlooking the inner yard :)) I would add a couple of hooks for towels in the bathroom, and a room safe would be good.
