The hotel is right in the center among countless of restaurants and very close to the T1 tram station. Leaving aside the fact that on the day of arrival we happened to be during some demonstrations and the entire transport system was stopped, The hotel staff went out of their way to help us get to them, considering that the taxi left us about 4 km away , not being allowed to enter that area. So we had to walk and Mr. Numan, sent from the hotel, struggled to carry the super heavy suitcase on the floor without complaining. I had a Family Room, on the 6th floor, with street view and balcony, spacious, with comfortable beds. I have nothing but words of praise for the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast service and the interaction with the customers.

Excellent location at walking distance from all attractions such as Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. Very close to restaurants. The staff was very helpful and addressed all our needs. They paid attention to every detail. I wanted an extra room and they did everything to get me my additional room despite the very busy season. The transport from and back to airport was in luxury vans at a reasonable price. Overall, our family is very satisfied and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great staff, clean, good attention to detail. Location was great, just 2-3 mins away from main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet tram station. Great price and good value. They also give good welcome drinks and snacks, really liked the tea and chocolate. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good value in a very central location. The bell boys were very helpful and efficient. They also have good connections around the city and can help you arrange airport transfers or tours.

Location was superb. Main attractions are a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast choice was lovely. The rooftop view was breathtaking. Bed was comfortable and shower had good hot water flow.

There was ongoing building works next door 9-5pm everyday. However, if you’re planning to be out during these times then it would not be an issue.

The location is literally exceptional and the staff is very helpful. We were lucky to get the room on a higher floor which was critical for us, thanks to the hotel! The terrace restaurant on the top floor (both breakfast and dinners) is very nice and sunny.

Rooms noise isolation is quite average or poor. Avoid booking rooms on the first and second floors which are actually below the ground and reception level.

Excellent location, all the main tourist destinations are within walking distance. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice. Stunning roof terrace view! Overall good value for money and I would stay here again.

The only negative was that the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work properly. We had a room on the 6th floor and one on the 3rd. Despite both ACs being at the same temperature there was a stark difference in how cold the rooms were. My parents stayed on the 3rd floor and found it difficult to sleep the first 2 nights, we did bring this up at reception after the first night but were told that after checking it there wasn’t a problem. The AC did seem to get colder as the week went on, however, when you compare both rooms there was definitely still a huge difference in how cool the 6th floor was compared to the 3rd. This was the only negative about our stay, everything else was great.

Very nice small boutique hotel. Our room (402), while on the small side, fitted the two of us and two large suitcases for 4 nights. Comfortable, clean, plenty of hot water. Nice! Breakfast on the 7th floor had a good variety of food and the wievs over Istanbul were gorgeous. The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful and spoke english. The location was good: the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque a 10-15 min walk away. The Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar 15-20 min walk. The Basilica Cistern (a must) 10 min walk. The Spice (or Egyptian) Bazaar +/- 30 min. Plenty of eateries nearby. Recomended: Deraliye (5 min walk), and Otanik (5 min walk). Excellent food and service + not much more expensive than other restaurants in the area. Another option (opposite the Otanik) is Nur Mohammad. A malaysian restaurant which we liked a lot (in spite of some dodgy rewievs). Food good and cheap. Recommend buying entry tickets on line to skip the mile-long queues. Also get to the sights early (most open around 09:30 -be there. At 10:00-11:00 they are jam-packed). You might want to download the "Headout" app. We found it usefull.

The Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar is really for seeing only. Prices are crazy. If you know what you want (spices/tea), get it from a supermarket.

The hotel has a very central location, only a few steps from major attractions in Istanbul-Fatih. We were able to reach most sights via a short walk, but there is also a tram station in the proximity of the hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, on the day of our departure we had to wait in the lobby for a couple of hourse and they were seeking ways to make it more comfortable for us. Breakfast has a good variety and is served in a cute rooftop area.

The stairs at the entrance were a bit weird but we got used to them.

Location is amazing, super central. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Haiga Sofia, Top Kapi, harbour and many more attractions. The hotel is surrounded by bustling shops, restaurants and markets. However, it is super quiet at night. Room was spacious with a big bathroom, it was clean. We booked airport transfers to and from the hotel through booking.com and were super happy. Price is so cheap and good and timely service.

Room had no view, in fact it was a wall. When we asked to be moved to another room, the answer was that they don't have triple family rooms with a view. It didn't bother us much as we were out literally all day long. Breakfast must be improved.

Cozy and very clean hotel in supreme location. Literally 3 min walking to Sultanahmet tram station as well as to Hagia Sofia, Blue mosk, Basilica cicterna and derwishes show. Many local restaurants nearby, mini market is 1min away and McDonald's is across the street. Rooms are bright, well light up and very clean, beds are comphy. Breakfasts are great, on terrace on 7th floor, offering magnificent views. You can also go one more floor up to open roof terrace, there are lots of seagulls flying around and you can feed them. Kids enjoyed variety of cartoons channels and uninterrupted WiFi. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were provided with area map with highlighted attractions and detailed explanations how to get to each of them.
