Staff,including but not limited to reception,concierge and cleaning were friendly and efficient.Cleanliness of rooms,especially bathrooms,needs mention.I will stay here again.

The restaurant and kitchen,especially the food quality,did leave alot to be desired.Had to dine out for most of my stay.A 4 Star hotel deserves better food quality.

Rooms are very spacious , completely new hotel , amazing room decor .. very generous staff .. huge pool at the roof top ..great location near to mall and restaurants

The staff were very kind especially Mr Salman who made sure we were very comfortable. He treated us very well.

Its a very nice Hotel, good located in Deira. Receptionist Mrs. Haidee was very helpfull and very nice. Special thanks to Mrs. MAY. During my stay before and my last stay in this Hotel she always did a great job and helped in any request with her beautifull smile. Thank you all guys. Hopefully see again. By the way price and performance of the Hotel is very good. Clean and as described nice and helpfull staff.

Location and room were spacious

The staff was very good except for the two ladies at the reception May and Haidee were very rude and arrogant. They should go back to the school to learn it again.

Everything is perfect

Steam and sauna is not working and swimming pool time is only from 6:00 to 6:00 night

It was easy for me to get on Metro to the location within 15 mins from Dubai Airport. Its closeness to AL Rigga train station means I did not have pay any Uber or Taxi fares as I explored dubai. The friendly well informed staff stood out most for me, from the excellent welcome I got on arrival an early check in as my room was available even though checkin is at 3pm they accommodated my arrival at 10am. The cleaning staff was pleasant with wealth of knowledge about the city and any information. This hotel is a gem and will diffinately be staying here next time am in Dubai.

Nothing comes to mind though I did not have breakfast or eat at the location due to my own programs.

Bed very comfortable room is spacious

No one knows the place the number online is someone’s private number and she ask why we got her number. I check the number on the website maybe i am wrong hell yes there’s nothing wrong she promised to provide us d location map which she did not provide. We keep asking the people but no one knows the place after 45 minutes of walking n rounding since we don’t have car finally we reached the place we waited for long time since the room will be ready @ 2pm. I suggest a good location direction with the popular landmark will be a great help for the first time tourist in dubai

Haidee and Mobin was excellent. Haidee made sure we were welcomed every step of the way. Helped us with the best possible stay, made it comfortable for my kids. Mobin was an excellent communicator, anything I needed he was there to accommodate us, assist us and made sure we were happy with the experience. Jovaine the door man so respectful and welcoming. He was polite and wonderful.

It is amazing experience. Hotel was upto the standard and there are no issue.even they allowed us the late check out on request.even food was high class and had a good buffet .nothing to complain and it iscreally value for money experience. 💰 anyway better to get a room in floor above 4 to avoid noise

I was given 1st floor in 3rd day of my stay in the hotel and it was noisy.
