We loved how large the apt was...the staff was very nice especially the front desk employees...everyone was very helpful...an excellent place to stay... I was there with my daughter, her husband and their 3 girls...there was a supermarket right next door which we used and a pharmacy which was great to have near cause we needed some medicine...we had a great meal at the restaurant in the mini mall...we had a marvelous time

The apartment is very large. It is very close to different restaurants and shopping centres. The underground parking is amazing. The stuffs are caring and nice. I had a great opportunity to meet Sadis, Mohammad and Khalid. They are very kind and helpful people.

The facility needs renovation. The staffs in kitchen were not completed but whenever we asked for anything they provided for us.

The staff were all so lovely and kind and made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

No dishwashers in the apartments.

decent size rooms within the apartment and cleaned daily to very high standard. The staff were very nice and friendly. the beds are very comfortable and the bedding is lovely and clean and changed daily. The towels were always fresh and fluffy daily: There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. All the crockery and cutlery is included. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a lovely balcony in the main bedroom. The lounge is clean and comfortable with 2 settees and 2 armchairs as well as a 6 seater dining set. There is a decent size TV in both the bedrooms and the lounge. There is a mini market next door so this is very convenient for most essential items. There is also a coffee shop a few doors away in case you are lazy and can’t be bothered making your own coffee/tea! There is an ironing board and iron provided but there is also a dry cleaner / laundrette on the same block, should you wish to use those services.

The large settee in the lounge was showing signs of age and the padding on the seats was flat and could do with replacing. The shower head in the en-suite has very low water pressure so that could do with being updated. There was no hair dryer in any of the rooms. This is a must for all modern accommodation nowadays. There is no tea or coffee included, in fact there are no beverages at all, again not acceptable in a modern accommodation environment these days. At the very least there should be bottled water provided in the fridge on a daily basis. The main house bathroom is too small and only has a tight shower enclosure opposed to a fully fitted bath.

The suite was big for my family and the staff were amazing. the rooms were cleaned and prepared for us.

The location is close to many shops and restaurants.The size of the living area is large enough to give you feeling like you are at home. Clean rooms .

I had problem with the internet. The traffic and cooling fan noise of the hotel were always present , it was also very difficult to set the room temperature at the desired level, stove was not working properly either.

The friendliness of the staff was extraordinary. They were always available and provided all the help we needed. A supermarket is located at the ground floor of the building and was easily accessible. Restaurants and shopping centres are at every turn from the apartment. The apartment was cleaned everyday. The apartment was spacious and strategically located.

The internet was not too good.

Nothing compares to Deira Deluxe Suites perfect for family stays. From the warm welcome greeting by the Deira staff and high quality rooms, the friendly and welcoming staff , extremely safe hotel apartment. Great that it is smoke free and the perfect central location excellent service, room’s views is stunning, you can see Khalifa tower.

It is very hard to find things that we didn’t like about the hotel since Deira is always our go to stay in Dubai. Perhaps providing more room keys for big family stays of 7+ plus but it understandably limited to 2 keys a room

A couple of years ago we found ourselves needing a multi-month stay in Dubai. Deira Suites became our home away from home. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. You won't find a larger apartment for this price in Dubai. Parking available onsite and plenty of stores/groceries within walking distance. We'll definitely be back!
