The location was great and the hotel was very comfortable. Though some may find the hotel dated, I liked the charm. We would definitely come back given the opportunity.

Location was excellent and parking was convenient and easy. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. I liked that there were plenty of sockets, USB ports and even wireless chargers in convenient places in the room. I can see that prices at this property vary wildly throughout the year. I was very happy with the price I paid at the time I visited.
Some maintenance could be improved. There was visible damage to some of the wallpaper and edge of the doors. This property also shows its age; it lives up to its name I guess. At the right price point, this is fine as everything is clean and comfortable enough, but it could be a disappointment if you're expecting a premium on-resort property. Also, this didn't matter at the time of year I visited, but it's important to note that the room did not have air conditioning.

We liked everything else about our stay. We got a studio which was a surprisingly well equipped and very clean little kitchen. There's a free little cabriolet ride that brings you to a really cute area with restaurants and shops and where you can catch the big cabriolet ride to the top of the mountain (we didn't do it because it didn't seem worth $30 each). The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great! There's a nice big heated room off the pool area to dry off in so you don't have to freeze while you dry off. Also, some of our group forgot their chargers and there were 3 wireless charging stations in the room and one outlet with 2 USB ports... Very convenient!
Our room was hot and there's no temp control or A/C in the rooms. We couldn't figure out how to open a window. It was so hot that it kept 2 of the 4 of us up quite a bit in the night. There was a fan which definitely helped.

We loved the comfort and view from the room!! It was so nice being so close to the slopes, coca-cola bear tubing hill and having a bar and restaurant located inside the premises. Truly lovely not having to get into vehicle for a couple of days~
I walked into a very uncomfortable situation with a co-worker situation ~ I felt ignored at first because of their issues with one another but they quickly made up for it !! The room could have been cleaner... there was a full trash can in living room and tub was dirty - please have cleaners focus on user areas of shelf's in showers. I took a bath and looked up and quickly jumped out... it looked like blood or something splattered up under the lil shelf. It ruined the bath for sure - LoL and it made me question the cleanliness of entire room.

Very convenient to Cabriolet, which is literally steps from the front hotel doors and takes you directly to the east part of the Village. Rooms were adequately spacious and clean for my family of four adults. The hot tub was great, but could use some additional lighting for dark nights. Nice (free) secure lockers to store skis. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Somewhat dated, but not super off-putting.

The hotel is very cute and easy to get around. We booked a loft room which was unique to any other hotel experience I had! I loved the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft. The hotel was overall very clean but you can tell it’s an older hotel with some of the wear and tell and layers of dust in the just out of reach places. The staff was very friendly.
The beds in our room were very soft, my husband and I both prefer firmer so our backs were hurting pretty badly the second morning of our stay. The pool is also outdoor which is a bummer since it gets so cold outside. The hot tub was great, nice and big but had a ton of dead bugs in there, more than a days worth so it doesn’t look like it’s skimmed very frequently.

I love the kitchenette in my room, I wish I had been more prepared for it, since the hotel's restaurant was closed on Saturday evening for lack of staff, and they don't offer any breakfasts, so I did find some I could prepare when I shopped in the village.
The restaurant/pub was closing at 8pm the evening I got there at 7:30, and was close entirely on Saturday evening. So I had to go looking.

The bed was very comfortable. Our view was gorgeous. We weren't too far from a lot, it was really easy to get to national parks and other beautiful scenes! The staff was very kind, especially Aja!
No air conditioning, it wasn't horrible though because of the fan provided and we kept the windows open. The bathroom was a bit tight, but I understand you work with what you got.

The room was very clean. We love the location in relation to the Village. It was nice the Cabriolet was running.
The room did not have the usual amenities list with the channel listings, local restaurants, fan in the closet, etc., There needs to be instructions for the coffee maker--only pour in as much water as the cup will hold. Over-flowed when we tried to use it. It is nice that they are trying to make use of the restaurant/bar space again, but the prices were out of line. Hopefully they can find a group to run it properly.

Awesome location and the room was perfect! The bed was so comfortable. And the kitchenette was awesome n
There were roofers working right outside our window like they could see in the window. They worked until 7pm and then they were back at 8:30am and I felt very uncomfortable getting dressed!
