The whole set up was verry nice ,comfortable and clean

They have a serious issue with flies,i was bitten so many times sitting on my terrace and my friends but i took no well the day i was leaving and now i am in hospital with celulitis. I think this is a serious issue for the hotel that needs to be addresed immediately

We stayed in 802 and overall had a lovely stay. Check in was easy and we were taken by bus up to block 8 which was really helpful. Pros:The apartment was spacious inside with a lovely sized terrace outside. We didn’t use the pool but our terrace faced the pool and everyday of our stay, the pool seemed quiet and not very busy. Location was great, few minutes walk to the beach and to a decent spar & HiperDino near by for essentials. Sun-loungers provided in apartment for use on the terrace were lovely to have. We’d happily stay again :).

Cons: Kitchen utensils were a bit limited. Block 8 is far from reception and the furtherest block from the beach front, not a huge issue for us but just be aware how large the apartment complex is - it’s spread over a huge area. We found the hot water to be a bit tricky, there wasn’t always enough for each of us to have a shower so would have to wait a while to for more hot water. Apartment did feel quite dated and would benefit from a refurb but we were still happy with it overall.

The las gaviotas was excellent..we were in block 4 last year..and loved it..this time we were in block 8..it was a fabulous view from the patio doors .but It was a bit too far up for me.because of mobility issues....although by the end of my holiday I was getting used to it..to be fair....the staff are wonderful..especially Loury and Catherine " cathy"..we were well looked after by them...thanks girls xx❤️❤️

Only the path outside our bungalow..which was a bit of a trip hazard..BUT not the fault of the gaviotas..that's a council issue...oh the bedding..towels etc great..but only my opinion the bed could have been better with a matress topper...

Super nice! We were pleasantly surprised even above the photos with everything. Really happy overall and wickedly close to the airport (about 12€ by taxi which could be ordered quickly from reception)

The only thing I’d say is that I am allergic to dust and mold and something was making my allergies go off there. My best guess is dust in the mattresses. Beds overall were also too hard for me, but that is a matter of preference :) But aesthetically everything was super clean and we had a great stay!

To have to pay to hire the safe is very disappointing these days. 80 euros for a late checkout is very expensive. no wine glasses in the apartment..

The apartment was exceptionally clean and offered great value for the price. The superior room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with easy access to the pool. The location, close to the beach, was perfect. The staff were friendly and ensured that the rooms were spotless. I highly recommend Gaviotas Apartments for a wonderful and relaxing stay in Lanzarote.

It was difficult to arrange a late check out, and we had to book an extra night in the room to ensure we had somewhere to stay before heading to the airport for a late flight.

Amazing location, beautiful spacious apartments in Lanzarote cesar manrique style (so calming), lovely helpful staff, can’t wait to come again. Cleaners came almost every day from what I remember. All very peaceful and quiet, I have stayed here 5 times and love it so much. The prettiest apartments on the island!

A lot of ants in apartment but there was spray already provided, one cockroach but it must’ve sneaked in and is natural for the Canary Islands especially in summer.

The apartment was great, lots of space, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has a fridge, kettle and everything else you need. Bathroom came with clean towels that were replaced when dirty, hairdryer and soap and shampoo. Also a little private outdoor area with a washing line to dry our clothes and towels. Parking was easy, safe and close to the apartment. It was lovely and quiet and we didn't see many other guests other than at the pool during the day. We wondered if the airport might be noisy being so near by but it had no effect on our stay. The location is great in a nice area - you can hire a bike to go along the coast to Puerto Del Carmen etc. I would recommend hiring a car for ease if you plan to see the sights on the island and go to other towns. Two minute walk down to the beach so we went for sunrise each morning and had a swim. Its a much nicer and quieter beach than a lot of the others on the island. If back in Lanzarote I would defiantly stay here again as the good outweighs the bad tremendously!

- The glass door on the pool side was very stiff so took a lot of effort to get open or closed - there is a back door option but this one was preferred as leads to the terrace. - The air-conditioning only stays on for two hours at a time then you have to get up and manually switch it back on at the wall. This is apparently the case for the whole complex as we did ask. The bedroom window does open though with safety bars across so this was a good enough alternative. - Be aware that the apartment blocks are quite spread out! We were in block 8 which is quite far from reception if you don't have a car and were to walk.

I have been visiting these bungalows yearly for many years now and have always found them to my liking. Very handy for the airport with a nice shopping centre nearby with a supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants. My stay this time was for 4 weeks and I was very happy with my stay.

Nothing really ; if there were things that I didn't like I would not be returning year after year.

Good location to the sea front, only 5 minutes walk. Facilities very good like oven, microwave, air humidifier and hairdryer. Beds so comfy. Super clean apartment. 2 sun loungers and table so ability to lie out on the patio. Private outdoor room to dry clothes. Self sustainable and perfect for a week stay. Could use any of the 7 pools which was cool and would be nice for families.

Not an issue for me but the bedroom was close to a road where buses pass so can get slightly noisy only then. Theres 8 areas of Las Gaviotas, all dotted around, some close to sea front, some not as much. Mine was number 7, which is more uphill and about 5 minute walk from sea front. It suited me but just to be aware you could be anywhere.
