Ideal location for access to main family attractions, (RANCHO TEXAS) Zoo and country night easily accessible by taxi for about 5 euros.local bus service to PDC and Costa Teguise (children 3 and under are free,pushchairs stowed in luggage rack under bus. Approx 3 euros per ticket. Very good places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel ( Indian, Italian and Spanish. Great choice of other places to eat within 15 to 20 minutes walk either left or right. Swimming pool at hotel well maintained and never to busy lots of sunbeds if that is your thing also poolside bar for drinks etc, .Good quality breakfast lots of choices to cater for all tastes. An excellent for good value family accommodation (I booked 2x2 bedroom apartments and 1x1 bedroom apartment .

Breakfast is an unlimited buffet that includes croissants, cakes, bread, cold meats, cheese, eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, salads, fruit juice, and coffee or tea. The terrace was very big and a nice place to sunbathe.

The speed of the separately paid internet was a bit slow. I didn't like that for the evening meal (which was included in the price we paid) no drinks are provided, not even tap water. You are not allowed to bring your own tap water to the restaurant. The only option is to buy the drinks from the bar.

Liked the pool. Quiet at night. Spar shop very near-very handy. Apartment spacious - this was an upgrade.

On arrival at midnight six half dead cockroaches welcomed us - ground floor apartment. Spoke to staff and requested different apartnent. Upgraded immediately to very spacious first floor pool view apartment. Happy with that.

Great calm hotel. The room was spacious and with nice views of the beach. The bed was comfortable, shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and calm, tasty smoothies at the bar. The restaurant staff is very friendly. The food was good and there was a good variety for dinner.

There was no variety of fresh fruit for breakfast. A few protein items offered for dinner were a bit dry. But overall these were minor things. The hotel is great for a holiday!

I stay here a few times a year. The location is perfect, only 10 min bus or taxi from the airport. Close to the beach, many apartments have sea views. Supermarket on the doorstep as well as plenty of restaurants. It's around 20 minutes walk to the start of the strip in Puerto del Carmen, where there is much more going on, easily accessible by bus or taxi if you don't wish to walk. The apartments are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. If you need anything the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In recent years the reception area and restaurant have been renovated and are very inviting. I noticed air conditioning is being added to some rooms, which will be a blessing in the height of summer. The pool is fabulous, with plenty of sun loungers and a perfect little pool bar for drinks and snacks. I stayed self catering this time but often book breakfast. There is plenty of choice and the food is replenished quickly and always hot. Even when fully booked, it never feels crowded. It would suit solo travelers, couples and families. There are ground floor rooms and several ramps in place for those with accessibility issues. I highly recommend 🙂

There isn't anything to dislike

Large Apartment. Lovely view. Close to supermarket and bus stop. Nice pool area with lovely lady running the bar. She was so friendly and helpful. Had top floor apt which had direct access to the road so was handy when getting taxi home as we were dropped right to the door. Location quiet, short walk to matagorda and 20 mins to PDC strip.

Apt could have been cleaner when we arrived. Decor dated and outside areas not cleaned regularly during our stay.

Excellent spacious apartment with two balconies one with a table and chairs and one large enough for a family of 5 adults to do circuits each morning - it has two sun loungers but is big enough to fit about 10 easily. Spacious bedrooms and living room and good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water also good strong looking flush. Very clean and cleaned 5 out of each 7 days there. Kettle, small fridge and cooking plate there. We were half board and food was plentiful and varied slightly each day - eggs/bacon/fruit/cold meats/cereal/pastries for breakfast and salads, various meats, pasta, puddings, fruits, ice cream each night We arrived late at night and they very kindly (unprompted) provided us with 5 bags of packed supper which was hugely thoughtful. They had also made up an extra bed in the living room as we were 5 adults. On leaving they very helpfully allowed a late check out at 6pm for €25 which was great since we had a late flight. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Only about 8 mins to the airport so very easy. Car hire was amazing for a T-Cross for 6 days it’s was £140 from next to the spar and a car is helpful for exploring the Volcano and the caves etc

Good flow through of air with doors open but winds very strong and make quite a racket and blows things off shelves so easier to sleep with balcony doors shut. Can be quite hot though as no air conditioning but a fan is helpful. WiFi in rooms is not good and needs buying separately- about €10/gadget for 3 days but we used our data on phones and was fine and a good prompt to be off phones more All drinks in the evening need to be bought and no water is allowed to be taken in which we learned on the first day.

Beautiful scenery in apartment i-16 overlooks the sea and very quite and lovely people absolutely love this stay on my own I met friends in the evening highly recommend this apartment beautiful large so comfortable everything I want dinner toasters microwave kettles cougar a room for hanging in your washing walk into our two single beds in a big room wardrobe do they covers do they blankets everything you want in a double border highly recommend and made comes in everyday and places kept spotless the maid was a lovely person and the fell on the reception was so kind as well I gave me a room while I was waiting a few hours staff are more than welcome

The pools were nice but cold but ok once in and you got used to it, Extremely quiet and very relaxing, There was no mad rush for beds and we always found a spot. There was no loud music around the pool. Staff also said inflatables for children were not allowed. However, some people did use this and it was not a problem at all. For the amount of child guests that were there I think they should allow floaties especially as there is a child pool and a good spot to teach children to swim. Apartments are located next to a spa for food shopping and a few restaurants are a bit further walk along the beach and more restaurants could be found.

The wi-fi signal could be so much better. It was very hit and miss and you had to keep connecting for a poor service. We paid an extra 23 euro for wi-fi but it kept cutting out.The cleaners also left the apartment doors wide open after cleaning which we reported to the reception. They apparently told the cleaners about this but it continued to happen 2 times more which was alarming. This should have been a higher priority as we were concerned about people getting in and theft from the property. The kitchen hobs did not heat up properly and need updating as there were no numbers on dial
