Great location highway access, clean and safe area. Everything great other than tired room, but room was ok and good night’s sleep compared to other places stayed on long trip.

The room/bathroom was stale and tired compared to peers along road trip, peers a bit less pricey also, however unlike peers loud AC units that kept waking us up, we slept well thru the night and that was very nice. Had everything needed, nice to have a channel guide (DirecTv) for some entertainment, too, just a bit stale compared to what competitors are doing with light/bright decor and plug ins for gadgets.

The Hotel is impressive. Nice Large entrance lobby and breakfast area. Free snacks and drinks on arrival up to 7pm. Excellent location for exploring the civil war battlefield. Downtown is only a short car drive away and easy access to interstate. Room was fine. Swimming Pool good. Breakfast also good.

Although the hotel is good it is feeling a bit tired and in need of renovation. We had to turn the air conditioning off due to it being too noisy and having it gurgle a lot when stopping. This was OK for April but it would have been very annoying in the summer.

The hotel was clean. The lobby and dining area were excellent. Our bathroom was very clean and the bedding was as well. I felt that the hotel was safe. Our room on the 4th floor had a nice view of the battlefield. The breakfast had many choices and my family enjoyed it very much.

Our room was a little dusty in spots. The furniture was showing some wear, but not badly enough to keep me from staying at this location again.

Even though they didn’t receive our Booking.com reservation, they were very helpful making sure we weren’t double charged and booked us into a beautiful room. The staff members were amazing! We were greeted with graciousness from everyone we encountered. The breakfast was above our expectations. This hotel is beautiful and super clean. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second night. We are already planning to go back. My husband says we will stay much longer next time, perhaps a week.

The staff was absolutely great. Rooms were clean, free breakfast is good, and property is located very close to good eats. There are many close properties in location, but don't sleep on Hampton Inn.

Rooms need to be modernized. No USB outlets. The ice machine on my floor didn't work, but I got ice on other floors

I loved the breakfast as well as the complimentary drinks and snacks from 5-7pm. The pool and hot tub were nice. The front desk and house keeping were super nice!!

The hot tub was a little Too HOT! Also the staff could be way nicer that’s in the food service area. The housekeeping and front desk were great! Just not food service. They were especially rude towards my children. They were not helpful either or welcoming.

The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The hot tub was really nice. Nice breakfast selection.

Pillows went flat and hot, air took a bit before it would work, tub wouldn't drain without you holding the plug up manually, pool was a bit oily and could use being cleaned, could be updated. Nothing too major

Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and we had every thing we needed. The front desk was also great and very kind. We appreciated the stay at the Hampton and it was great! We also appreciated the kindness, as we were here for a funeral for our mother how passed away. The kindness of the staff was wonderful.

I don’t think it could been any better then it was.

Hampton Inn is our usual choice when traveling. We expected the usual clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. But this Hampton exceeded expectations in every category. A happy hour with free drinks and snacks? First time for us at any Hampton. And the staff was amazing, especially Randy.

Absolutely nothing.

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable bed, walk-in shower. Pretty much as expected for a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was ok, with sausage, egg & toast (bread was stale, but that's hard to avoid with people opening the container frequently). Peanut butter & Honey also available which was nice. Apples & bananas and the other usual stuff also available. But overall, just average. Fresher bread, some cheese for the eggs might have improved things.
