the location was amazing the self check in was going smoothly the bed room was big and have modern furniture the apartment has 3 sofa bed ( queen size) two in the roof and one in the ground floor + master room ) overall, I like the staying numa 👍🏻

I wish if they have a daily housekeeping. we have take the 2 bedrooms the room was in the roof the bed was sofa bed not a normal to be more comfortable. since we have a big apartment i wish if we have 2 bathrooms because they have only one .

Good location with some excellent restaurants right on your door step. Our room was an apartment with a kitchen, so it was spacious for 2 people. Has a lift which is handy for luggage. Large king sized bed, somewhat comfortable, very firm. We were on level 1 which had limited natural light and no view, but I do think the higher levels may have been a more ambient stay. Remote staff were somewhat responsive to requests and trying to help where possible.

Heated by air conditioning, which was inconsistent and often left us with cold spots during our December stay. I found this was not as good as other Numa stays I've had. No supply closet, so we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more. Needed a vacuum and it couldn't be sourced. Lots of air fresheners in the rooms, not suitable if you had respiratory sensitivities, this is to cover the bad sewerage smell. Week day rate was competitive but the weekend rate is higher. I think if I was paying the higher rate I'd opt for a hotel with staff.

Very nice studio apartment in an excellent location. Florence is quite compact, but still the position of this building made it very easy to stop back during the day for a cool drink from our fridge or a brief rest. Our apartment faced the street, but the street wasn't super busy and with the windows closed we weren't bothered by noise. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and great to have a little kitchen.

Reliance on contacts through virtual assistant for inquiries and communications could be rather annoying. Also, I would skip the breakfast option next time, as the breakfast venue was 10 minutes away and we didn't need three pastries a piece to start our day.

The location was amazing, when you combine how lovely the apartment was with the location and the cost it really was a great deal and I would urge anyone looking to stay in Florence to check these out.

This is really nitpicking as there wasn't anything to dislike but the check in process online is extensive with having to upload everyones Passports. I also had a room where one person pulled out so the capacity was less and I couldn't get a response on amending this as I couldn't check in without filling in their details. I ended up just putting my information in again to close it out but helpful if you can amend the number of guests at check in for this reason.

Great location, close to the Centre, near Ponte Vecchio and short walk from the Duomo. Close to the shops and restaurants. Top floor apartment with high ceiling, we used 2 beds for four people, a second sofa can become a bed, but we didn’t use this as it was in the main living area. Associated breakfast bar was superb, only a short walk away. Little kitchen (hob, fridge) and appliances available (kettle, pod coffee machine, microwave) with cutlery and plates/bowls/cups/glasses. Great facilities, absolute loved the apartment!

We didn’t have any issue with this, but it’s worth saying there are steps in the apartment from the main door/kitchen area to the rest of the lower part of the apartment. I wish there had been some indication of how to dispose of recyclable material. The automated WhatsApp robot couldn’t help us out on that occasion…

Excellent location, so central! Was within a 10-15 minute walk of all the major attractions, as well as restaurants and wine bars. Super clean, nice and bright and excellent lighting. The apartment also came with toiletries, Nespresso machine, hairdryer and towels. There was WiFi, free lockers on site and it was all done by code, so no waiting around for keys. Would absolutely stay here again.

In the morning on the first couple of days there was what sounded like building work starting at 8:30am next door. Luckily we weren't staying in, but couldn't tell where the banging sound was coming from.

I highly recommend this property. The apartment we rented was very good, even better than the pictures honestly. Everything needed was available, good spaces in the rooms, comfortable beds, and the street was rather quiet. Great value for the prices set. The location is great for those who want to walk around the city, most attractions are walking distance from the building.

No easy parking available near the building you’ll have to rent a spot at a near by private garage (whoever that’s the case in most of the city)

Spacious, spotless clean and beautifully designed apartment, with everyting you need, in the center of Florence within walking distance of every top attraction. Even if it's a self check in, the personal was very fast to help us with any info. We could also leave our luggage in a locker at the property from 7 am on the day of our arrival and up until 8 pm on the day of our departure.

Very beautifully located central.

The one couch was broken at the entrance. Very cramped for 6 people. Should not be advertised for 6 people. Completely overpriced. Tall people will not be able to go upstairs in the loft where there are 2 sleeper couches. Kitchen is minuscule. Comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Also only one bathroom. Obviously they a big company and won’t pay attention to anything from what I mentioned. Is not meant in a whiny way just to try and help them better their services.

The property has multiple units and our unit was a studio flat with a kitchen, private bathroom, and living/sleeping room. When we walked in, we were shocked by how big the unit was, and how we felt like we were in our own private flat. The key code entry made check in / check out very simple, and the Numa staff was very responsive to any messages sent. There is no daily housekeeping which did not bother us, and there was plenary of essentials on the property (extra bath towels / tissue) if needed. The stay was amazing and we will look to use Numa properties again in the future when we travel. There are luggage lockers where you can store your luggage on the day of your check out.
