Fantastic location in the centre of Florence, beautiful vintage room, the hosts are very friendly and would explain you everything, the place (including the bathroom) is very clean and comfortable. I had no problems with the noises from neighbours or the street.

Didn't sleep very well and realized in the morning that I got bitten by bedbugs :( No idea how it can be because this place looks super clean and comfy, they might have traveled on my clothes from the previous stay (but I slept just fine there..)

Had a really lovely stay in this character-filled guest house with such kind and friendly hosts. The location is unbeatable, in the absolute heart of historic Florence, just a few minutes’ walk from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. Atmospheric streets, wonderful restaurants and a plethora of shops are on your doorstep. The shared bathroom was scrupulously clean and I never had to wait. The guest house is on the first floor but there is a lift. This is no-frills accommodation but nevertheless extremely comfortable - the bed was great, exactly what I needed after a hard day’s sightseeing! I doubt you’ll find a better bargain in this part of Florence.

Nothing, although bottle of water on arrival would have been very welcome. I hope to return.

The location was perfect. If you’re able, everything is within walking distance. My mother needs a walker, so we had to get taxis some places, but the hotel booked them for us and were really helpful. There is also a small lift which really helped. The room was a good size, comfortable and quiet. The food recommendations were also perfect. I couldn’t rate this hotel higher and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

If I have to pick something, the lift was slightly too small for the walker and suitcases, but this is due to the building and stairs not anything to do with the hotel themselves.

I had the pink grandma's room in photo with private bathroom. Basic. Small shower,but adequate- I banged into curtain if I turned around. Bedlights too dim to read, must turn on main light as well. Streetlight beside window and thin curtains so bring eyemask. Didnt see anyone in reception for 2 days until I checked out. No bedmaking/bin emptying etc Towels changed every 3 days notice on wall says. Eat at Osteria Santo Spirito on corner of that square- if you queue at 715pm you will get a table when opens at 730pm or must book by text. Entry to Pitti Palace half price if you go in before 930am with same day ticket purchase. Dont bother with Boboli- just a big expensive park not garden as such.

Flattest pillows I have EVER seen- 6cm. One per person

The charming owners Alessio and Assumi - attentive, polite, friendly, unobtrusive - perfect! The quality and freshness of linen and towels is unbelievable! The location is one of the best! I had only a pleasant impression 😘

It is not worth discussing the disadvantages, because the hotel already has a 1-star rating, probably due to the old age of the building and the common bathroom. But guests are warned about this and should be prepared to stand in line for the toilet or hear the creaks of the old wood and the voices of the neighbors.

Cozy accommodation on an historical building in the heart of Florence. The location is unbeatable and the surroundings are quiet. Around 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The room was spacious, with a double bed and a personal basin. The host explained to us the layout of the city and gave us helpful tips on what to see and where to eat.

There is no kitchen or kettle for hot water in the room, which would've been nice. The bathroom is shared with the whole floor (which are at least 8 rooms), which may be a bit bothersome if you have bad luck and everyone is using it. However the bathroom itself was always clean and the shower was good too.

The room was clean and looked great. The bed was comfortable and the house/hotel was inviting. There was a comfortable chair in the room, there was a small library, the bathroom was well equipped. And the lcoation was great: close to all major attractions and also to Oltrarno.

There was very little water coming from the shower, I wonder how people wash their hair. There was a small desk, but it was a little too small to be of any use.

It is situated close to Ponte Vecchio, a walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Great atmosphere, everything about the room/stay was explained in the details at the check-in. Bathroom was regularly cleaned and despite there is only one bathroom I never had to wait.

Flushing was very loud. Opposite side of my window was the window in the next building, and you could hear the street sounds. There was no coffee corner where you could make yourself a morning/evening drink.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. They know Firenze very well and give first-class individual tips. If you want luxury, you should go somewhere else, if you like classical buildings, antique furniture and Florentine charm, this is the right place for you. Central location, don't go there by car. Returning to Firenze we'll return to this Hotel. Sure.

Quite noisy in the morning with the window open, but that's the center of Firenze. But the hotel is still in a very quiet side street.

Alessio and Asumi are incredible hosts and offer invaluable information for your stay. Our room was spacious and clean. We opted for the shared bathroom, it was readily available and clean at all times. The location is central to everything and is only a minutes walk to many incredible restaurants.

Sadly other guests were a little disrespectful with the amount of noise they made, which meant we were woken regularly.
