Close to public transport, quiet and well equipped with the common area.

It was a bit small, especially the bathroom. But it wasn’t an issue with our shorter stay and also because we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room.

Property was clean and spacious. Room was tidied with clean towels each morning.

Shower pressure was a little low Walls were quite thin- you could hear other guests and staff.

Cosy little room with a bathroom, good location, perfect for a week in Rome. The bed is comfortable and there is also AC. The posters on the walls give a unique atmosphere to the room.

This is a big flat with multiple rooms, every room is rented to other tourists. This wasn't obvious to me at booking, i was surprised. But every room has its own bathroom, so it was not a problem.

Luca was amazing host! Very kind and helpful, he even let us leave our luggage the last day before our flight. Location was the best! Super close to metro station who goes to all important monuments, but also you can go by foot. Super close to Colosseum as well. Room was with private bathroom and with everything you need. Overall, great value for money, would recommend 100%.

The only thing that is for improvement - overall cleanliness and the room room smelled like cigarettes, as much as we tried to keep our windows open.

Very good location, close to Termini and the center. Beautiful hotel room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to metro. You can reach sightseeing on foot.

I especially liked the location. It was walking distance to the train station and touristy areas (around 15 minutes), but far enough away that it was quiet. The property is about halfway between two Metro A stops. Near the Manzoni stop are numerous useful bus lines. Also, the movie-themed decorations in the room were cute.

The wifi was inconsistent. The owner helpfully moved the router closer to my room, but even after, 20% of the time the wifi was unusable (even though I had two bars of signal). Another 20% of the time, the wifi was great, and the other 60% of the time, it was simply OK.

Cute room with private bathroom. About 30/40mins from the fountain and main night life but lovely walk. Quite around the hotel which was lovely. The staff meet us on arrival and was nice and helpful. Didn’t release but you need to contact the staff before you attend as they meet you there.

You can hear anyone come and go from the floor and if there are people have a conversation at the entry you can hear word for word. But it was okay as no one would be making loud noises when trying to sleep

Being able to be private. It was close to underground and some eateries. Bed was comfortable and the cleaning lady came in every day and really did a great job of making our bed There is an amazing park a block away.

Would have been nice if some coffee, just instant, was in the shared kitchenette area and maybe a city map for. First timers like us

Good price and quiet building. close to a metro station and walking distance to the train although still far enough away to be away from the noise and unscrupulous characters.

everything was great although the check in process of arriving at a very specific time and needing to have phone or email contact to get in may not always be possible for travellers.

The location was amazing. It is really close to the city center. Around the location there are a lot of really nice cafes and restaurants.

The bathroom could use some work. It was not so bad, but the plumbing could be better. The shower was not very good.
