The location on the main street in the Mount was nice and close to all the main shops and restaurants but not too close to the noise. The room had a lot of amenities that you would have in your home, so it would be great for a friends weekend or business travellers who would need a kitchen or washer/dryer.

I arrived at check-in time and was prepared to pay for parking but all the spots were already reserved. The parking lot next to the hotel had minimal spots. Luckily there are free parking spots available just down the street.

The room was great. Bed was super comfortable and having a clothes washer and dryer was exceptionally nice as it was day 12 of a 14 day holiday. The hotel was located in the main part of town making it easy to walk everywhere including the beach.

The street was a bit noisy at night but it was the weekend and seemed to be quite the party town. Our young adult children did love this though and really wasn’t a big problem for us older folks and definitely nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The location was very handy to the shops, restaurants, bars in the Mount. The Quest is very new, décor amazing, very clean. The rooms were spotless, couch comfy, and great to have 2 flat screen tvs in the lounge and bedroom. Awesome having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Lots of glasses, good sized cups and decent size fridge. The staff were warm and friendly, and were able to accommodate any requests.

The only issue we had was the car park we were assigned to, it was tricky getting in and out as we have a Ford ranger ute which is quite long. We were able to change car parks, this was no problem from the lovely lady at reception.

Location was Great. Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Location was easy to find and so handy to walk all around the Mount which we did. Room was great however no views.

Parking was handy but expensive and even though we had an allocated park some other prick used it while we were at dinner and had angled across it however there was one beside ours so we used it as we had a sticker on our dash. Lucky our car was still there in the morning but was a worry. Suggest you provide a red cone or something that we could leave in our park while we are out and about to keep others out that may have not paid the $15 a day park fee.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. About 10 minutes to the waterfront but a bit longer to the beaches and the Mount. Very clean property and room serviced daily. Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. They also offered beach towels which was a bonus. Plenty of street parking which was great.

We had a room facing the main road so had loud party noise the first night.

This is a brand new facility open a few months. We felt that the design is is superb, clean, functional, comfy bed, super bathroom, laundry machines in the apartment. Nice modern clean ambience, decent kitchen. Easy access and parking. The room was comfortable and had just enough space for 2. Great reception staff.

The room could be improved a little with a 2nd comfy chair. The kitchenette didn't have enough plates, cups, etc to be able to feed a visitor if there were 2 people staying there.

Great location to walk around the centre of Mount Maunganui and an easy location to find from the airport. Room spotless and very well appointed. would definitely stay again when I next visit NZ.

Not sure about pre booking car parking space but understand this is necessary as there is a furniture store on the ground floor. apart from that no negative comments to make

Great friendly staff who let me check in a bit earlier as my flight landed late morning, and also gave me a free upgrade without my even asking! Nice clean modern room with a decent balcony and view of Mauao, location was amazing - right in the middle of the Mount with everything near by, would definitely stay again.

The only tiny thing was you could hear the fridge turn on and off at night, but with the room being a studio not much could have been done.

Fantastic location close to shops and restaurants, lovely staff. The facilities in the room for self catering are great! I would probably still stay here again for a good price and convenient location.

Do note if you plan on staying here during a Friday and Saturday night The noise from the club across the road can get very Loud. I was up until 1am on Friday night from the music.. Perhaps earplugs Would come in handy. Every other night was silent which I loved.
