We had the 3brm ocean view apartment. The property was spotless and very comfortable. A fantastic view from the balcony with very good outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and a vino. Very close to the town and we enjoyed some fantastic food at a couple of restaurants. Solero was unreal. We also went to Harbourside just over the causeway to Tauranga. The waiter was a super guy called VJ. Would we stay here again. Definitely.

The toilets were unusually lower. A bit trickier for a couple of us with knee problems.

Our family made an unexpected trip due to a death in the family. Due to a mix up our initial accomodation we booked was given to someone else leaving us with nowhere to stay. Luckily enough I saw an apartment pop up, so I booked it 5minutes prior to them closing and was met by a friendly and welcoming apartment manager who was absolutely amazing! I couldn't complain about anything in the room except the fact we couldn't stay longer! We were all able to relax after a very stressful day and the kids enjoyed the pool right outside our room.

It was a bit pricey. My kids want me to add they didn't like the rule of "no manu's in the pool" haha

It had absolutely everything a whānau could need including amazing weather. All amenities were perfect including the carpark space underground giving great peace of mind for security. Staff were absolutely amazing and even supplied a trolley chart to make transporting bags conveniently to our room.

Everything was perfect but the beds could use an updated mattress for a more luxurious and comfortable stay.

Toni was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay 👌. We stayed for 4 nights, the rooms (Two-bedroom apartments ground floor) were immaculate, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable for the 4 nights stay. We also really enjoyed the heated POOLS especially the children. We would definitely book here again 100% 🤩

We were delighted with our apartment. We had a fantastic view looking northeast over the beach and towards Mouau. The balcony was great for dinners and catching up with family based in Mt Maunganui. We had a twin room for our family of five. The pool and spa facilities were great. They were both clean and friendly for kids. I really liked how the pool was quite deep and we spent close to 8 hours in both the spa and pool over our three-night stay. The location of the apartment to the beach was great as we were able to easily head down for a play in the sand, swim, or surf. It was only an 8-minute walk to the New World or a 15-minute walk into town.

We liked the exceptional presentation and the services, bathroom kitchen etc. next time we will request a beachfront view, this is not a complaint having never stayed there before (i live in Taupo) i will definitely recommend it to friends.

absolutely nothing, although the girls complained about having to remove all of the rubbish themselves 😊

The apartment has a lovely cosy warm feeling to it, slept amazingly every night. Loved cooking in the kitchen and eating on the deck over-looking the pool. Has a nice sized clean pool and a smaller hot pool, which are looked after like clockwork, both at nice temperatures. The beach is right across the road and that area is one of the Mounts best local surf spots, Clyde. Spoilt for choice if you're a beach and outdoorsy person.

Not a biggie, but finding the easiest route to the pool from Level 2, which I did in the end.

perfect place for holidays with kids. we loved everything - spacious apartments, walks on the beach, close proximity to town centre, secure parking and THE POOL! it was so nice to be able to go for a swim multiple times a day, there were lots of kids around and our boy always had someone to play with. our legs were also grateful for the spa after climbing to the top of Mount Maunganui :)

it would have been great to have some basics in the kitchen like cooking oil and salt/pepper.

We loved the pool and facilities and location to the beach was great.

We were disappointed it was not closer to the main centre and the Mt. it took 40 minutes to walk to the main centre which was further than the advertising indicated. also the facility provided enough toilet paper for two days and tea and coffee for two days we stayed four nights so expected we could have had a complementary top up due to staying longer than just a weekend - others who stayed for a weekend got the same amount of items in support of their stay. It does not make sense to buy a jar of coffee for the extra two nights. The pool access was very limited - I like to swim at 7 am but it was not open or later at night which I feel is too short a time frame.

Location, space and facilities - beds were really comfy too and it was great to have a full kitchen.

Only comment would be the lighting - a small thing but it would have been nice to have some low level lamps to create a chilled vibe - only overhead lights and they were very bright. But honestly only a small point.
