Clean rooms. I had to change my room on the 1st day of visit due to plumbing issue in washbasin. But the staff was extremely was very helpful and ensured that my room change was very quick and hassle free. The new room was on the higher floor and was extremely beautiful and clean. Location is great and have many good food joint near by. Breakfast was delicious and you have multiple options to choose from.

Bar on the ground floor can be very noisy but if you are on the higher floor, it doesn't bother you.

Location is good, staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is great!

I received an email the day before our arrival asking me to check in online, to save time and also be able to select the room you want! I thought wow, great! I did so. We arrived at the hotel at 2:20pm and was told the room wasn’t ready, check in is at 3. Ok, we went to lunch came back at 3:20pm waited 15mins in line waiting to check in only to be told again, the room we selected wasn’t ready! I ask you, what is the point of checking in online if there is no time saved and the room you select isn’t available??? Took another 10 minutes to complete check in and waited another 15mins for our bags to get to the room. Not a great experience.

Location is great, I was able to walk to a lot of places of interest and felt safe. I needed a pharmacy and there were like 3 close by, there is a mini market right at the lobby were you can buy water, very convenient. The breakfast has a lot to choose from, there is something for everyone, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the pool is tempered, so no matter the weather I was able to use it and relax!

In the room, everything was working exactly as expected, without bad surprises(what sometimes happens in hotels). The combination of the chair and a small table is awesome, it was probably possible to live in this chair! I was working/having calls, relaxing, eating, and just enjoying the city view in the chair, and even started to think of buying it for my house. The city view is also gorgeous! Breakfast was tasty and varied enough not to get tired from the same food every day.

There are some clubs around the hotel and from 7-10 p.m. to 2-3 a.m. every day music was playing. In the room, I only heard it a little and it does not affect you when you are awake, but during falling asleep for the sensitive to the sounds People better take earplugs(but if in the evening you are tired and want to sleep, like myself, it is not an issue) Also, you better have home slippers or something like that, because the floor is not so cold, but with time your legs are frozen(it is not an issue of the hotel, it happens everywhere in Mexico City because of the climate)

The staff at NH were truly incredible, making my stay effortless and pleasant. The hotel's prime location was a huge plus, and having free parking in this area was a real bonus. I'm definitely considering NH for my future stays.

Noticed that some rooms could use a refresh and a deeper clean, so I'm hoping for an upgrade across the entire hotel, including the pool area. Regarding the restaurant, while the service and food didn't quite meet my expectations, there are plenty of fantastic dining spots just a stone's throw away.

What a fantastic hotel! Wonderfully friendly staff in every department who couldn't do enough for you. Very large room with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Nice to have a seperate seating area with table, and I loved having a balcony. The complimentary bottle water which was replenished every day was a lovely touch, as was the coffee maker. Buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a very large selection to choose from. I didn't have the opportunity to use the rooftop pool, but enjoyed sitting up there with a cocktail or beer sometimes! Hotel was the perfect location for exploring Mexico City, and I can't wait to stay here again.

The fact that I couldn't stay longer!

Room was large and comfortable, even had a small balcony. Shower heads were like spa massages and hot water came right on. Didn't want to leave the shower. A couple of things in the room didn't work, but overall was in good condition.

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Selection was large but taste was not great.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location.

The hotel needs a facelift. The furniture looked worn and old. The towels were horrible!! They were torn and stained. We had to ask the front desk several times for fresh towels and toiletries. When we arrived, there were none in the room. It’s a great location, just needs updating!!

Bell boys along with maids, were incredibly nice and servicial, they forgot to put towels in my room but they came up instantly with them, always on point and willing to help out.

I was very disappointed by the reception people in general I did not have once a nice person to attend me, they did not treat me like a guest. Also, the pool was disgusting, there was bandaids floating around and balls of hair. Also they are not giving me my tax invoice, so if you are traveling for work, beware, it seems like they don't care to give tax invoices.

The staff was very nice and specially the doormen were very helpful. The breakfast was great!!! My room was very spacious. Near to a nice hip neighborhood with great restaurants and coffee places.

The cleaners could have done a better job. There was a nightclub near the hotel which played music a bit loud at night. Not too loud but if you are noise sensitive like me you better bring earplugs.
