Carlos, Saul, and the entire front desk staff were amazing. The best customer service! They were friendly and super attentive. All you have to do is ask for something, and they make everything magically appear. Next to the location, the staff is what makes this hotel a winner. The hotel is less than a 10mn walk to the Angel de la Independencia and 5mn walk from La Reforma. There are convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and banks in walking distance of the hotel. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler in this area. Meeting points for various attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The cable TV channel selections were fantastic and included streaming. The place is a gem!

The noise (loud club music at all hours) is absurd, and I come from NYC. Also, there is no heat, which I don't understand as it goes down to the 40s F / 5s C at night. Lastly, the stairs to get to the elevator are not my favorite thing after sightseeing all day. If I was 30 years younger, I wouldn't mind it that much.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are very stylish. The bed is so comfortable and the shower has great pressure and is warm. The best part of the hotel is the staff who are beautiful, kind people and absolutely make this hotel a 5 star experience. Unfortunately We had 10 hour delays on our international flights, we messaged reception through the app to let them know we’d be MUCH later than planned and they responded so quickly (which was incredibly reassuring). They were there to greet us with a smile at 1:45am. I simply cannot speak highly enough about this property. Gracias por todo!

This hotel was fantastic! New hotel with amazing rooms and staff. The rooms are modern, comfortable and spacious. Great, safe neighborhood and not too loud at night. The best part about the hotel is the staff. Diamond at check in was so helpful and thoughtful. Make sure to check out the restaurant, Galero, next door. Jardiel is the perfect server and Diego makes the best drinks. Everyone was so thoughtful and accommodating. You can tell they are all passionate about their profession. I can’t wait to come back! Also, very safe. There is a guard outside at night and non-guests can’t get into the hotel unless they check in at the desk with a passport.

Very conveniently located to nightlife and public transportation. Friendly, helpful staff. Recently renovated, modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. Full kitchen and complimentary continental breakfast.

The only criticism is the lack of irons and ironing boards. I was able to get an iron, but no board was available. This is standard hotel equipment and should be available in all rooms. But really, a super minor criticism. This place is great.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, the gym is well equipped and the breakfast at the restaurant/bar was delicious. Just as pictured and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back.

pastries, coffee and fruits were included as breakfast which was amazing. We ordered other plates at the restaurant and they were delicious too. The rooms were new and very clean. We even had a kitchen and small living room which was great to stay with our toddler.

Water from the shower was leaking even with the dooor closed, but they changed our bath mat everyday to make sure it was not soaked.

Nice hotel and facilities - the room was spacious with sober, modern decoration. The staff was friendly and really nice. The bed was super comfy. Everything brand new.

You should be aware the property is located in zona rosa, which is centric yet a little noisy, not as nice as other cool and hip near-by neighborhoods, that’s why you pay a lower price for a otherwise really nice hotel.

This place is really ! An hotel close to everything. People are really nice and everything is really new. This hotel got A/C, it’s very clean and on top of technologies. I spent really nice days there. The neighborhood is really nice with everything at proximity. You are really close to Chapultepec, el Angel, etc. I did that by foot.

Very clean and new. Location was nice. Staff was helpful. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great.

Would have liked eggs included with breakfast. Also there was no black tea options for breakfast. It would've been nicer to have a water filter at the hotel to refill bottles.

The elevator does not go to the lobby so it is not functional for people that cannot climb stairs. It was cold the days that we stayed and the rooms did not have heaters.
