Location, location, location!!!

The stuff is great, the location is central, u can reach Chinatown in a few steps. There is also a subway station right around the corner. Despite it is a quiet Location. The view from the higher floors is amazing.

The ventilation in the bathroom makes a strange loud sound, not the hole time, but again and again. The cleaningservice was a bit negligent, I found hair in the shower and on the shower curtain. Theres No fridge in the room.

I initially booked this hotel from another app, using some bonus points, and because I had such a comfy room, I extended through booking for another night. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, quick and reliable wifi. I would like to praise Jain ( or Jan don't remember the spelling now ) from the front desk, for going above and beyond especially for allowing me to stay at the same room when I decided to extend my stay ( although another guy had told me no the previous night ) and also for letting me have a late checkout for free until 14.00 I also had the Empire state building room view, which was an amazing way of waking up.

the aircon is a bit noisy so I could not keep it over night, and its a bit annoying that you don't have a remote control for it, but I survived.

A friend recommended this hotel to us for an economical, centrally located hotel with no frills. He was right and I'm glad we took his recommendation. This hotel is a straight up, clean and spacious business hotel. Centrally located downtown, the hotel is a short walk to SOHO, Greenwich Village and Tribeca. The room was bigger than most New York hotels I've previously stayed in (e.g. I could work out in my room, lots of floor space). Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Super useful to have access to an in-house gym (it's small, but functional) and a relatively spacious bathroom. Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The location is pretty good. Nearby to everything you need. Not far from supermarkets, deli, restaurants, and shops. Within 10-minute walk, it will bring you anywhere. And I personally love the neighborhood, full of nice cafes and shops. Bathroom is clean which is a plus.

A room is a bit gloomy, well it's not that new but still can accommodate my 10-day stay. I was there during November, so there was no fridge in my room (I kinda hope they would provide one). Room cleaning is unpredictable. I got kicked out of the room during room cleaning (They might need privacy for doing their job).

The location is fantastic. Close to the subway. We had a double room and it was larger than I had anticipated. Each of the front desk staff that we dealt with was extremely polite and helpful.

The bathroom was small but that was to be expected. The walls are somewhat thin and we could hear a chair scraping underneath our room throughout the night. Housekeeping didn’t come until after 3 p.m. each day which was when we were already back in the room to rest. We ordered one order of spaghetti to go from the restaurant and it was $30 and it really wasn’t very good.

We found the location to be excellent- a 5 minute walk into Greenwich Village and bordering Tribeca/Soho the other direction. Subway was an ideal 2 mins away. The hotel's king size rooms are a fair size for the price and the cleaning staff was very kind. It was good of the front desk staff to store our bags on check out day so we could continue to enjoy the city before our flight. They were also good at communicating pre-arrival.

Perhaps the price could be more reasonable, but it is New York. I wish the price better reflected other world cities like Florence, Rome, Montreal, Toronto, Paris.

Staff works hard and is friendly. Elevator is super fast which was nice

No housekeeping. Have to ask. We were there 6 nights. We always had to ask for more towels body wash toilet paper. I suggest offering towel service and extra amenities for such a long stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in making it a very smooth process. The room was very nice and having stayed at other places in New York City it was good value for money. Facilities were very good and the location was great - really enjoyed exploring and running along the Hudson River side of Manhattan which was nice and close.

The street was somewhat noisy outside but it was certainly tolerable and very standard for Manhattan. Overall very happy with experience and stay.

Really large room in comparison to most hotels I've stayed at in NYC, spotlessly clean too and the free bottles of water were really appreciated. Location was excellent too in a good area for restaurants and access to the subway. I arrived early for check-in and the receptionist was very helpful in storing my bags whilst I waited for the room to be readied.

The window seals on the room were very poor - the wind was whistling through the gaps! Luckily the heating system in the room was enough to cancel out the slight chill from the window. The door locks on the room I was in (606) were also in quite a poor state, you had to pull the door a certain fiddly way to get the lock to latch in correctly and if not the door wasn't secure.
