Good location for Downtown. Well maintained. Upper rooms have good views .

I don’t like all the add ons like the destination tax. You can get $50 dollars off a spa treatment but they were fully booked during our stay. The tax is $51 per person per day and you get very very little for it!

Perhaps the best views in all of Manhattan. Modern tall skyscraper with floor to ceiling 180 degree views out of many rooms, including ours in many directions. Simply breathtaking, exceptional and a real treat to see the city in that way out of the comfort of our room. The rooms were nice and a good size especially for Manhattan and the gym was also very very nice - but the views were just superb. Very special.

Everything was exceptional or great. If I had to nit pick, the complimentary coffee quality was not on par with the rest of the hotel. That said, most hotels of this sort do not offer complimentary coffee. My only suggestion to management would be to upgrade the complimentary coffee so that it matched the excellence of the rest of the hotel.

The location was excellent. You were right in the heart of Soho with loads of restaurants and shops. The doorman was knowledgeable and helped us choose between a taxi and an Uber to Newark Airport. Their restaurant recommendations were also good. The view from the room was very nice, and the room had lots of light. The bathroom had lovely amenities (including slippers and bathrobes). The rain shower was perfect and the bathroom had a nice bathtub.

The only thing I would change is the beds. I found them too soft and not your typical USA hotel beds.

The location was perfect for visiting areas like Soho, The Village, and even the East Village. We spent most of our time within walking distance to the hotel, where there are lots of great restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, jazz bars, and shopping. There was a subway station close to the hotel so you could easily access the city by subway if walking isn't your preferred mode of transport. Staff were very friendly. They allowed us to stow our bags after check-out and when we returned later, we were able to sit in the lobby whilst we waited for our driver. The best part of our stay was the complimentary upgrade when we checked in. It was unexpected and we went from a king room to a suite! It was huge, with a good view. The hotel was a great place to stay for our vacation. We would absolutely return, and I would highly recommend The Dominick.

Room was large and bathrooms was huge with a large tub. Products were excellent, housekeeping service went the extra mile to know what we liked (such as towels under personal products on the counter). Lots of storage space, good TV, great coffee, huge comfy couch. We LOVED our room. We also loved the spa. A hidden gem. We steamed, and used the Dyson blow dryers (game changer) to get ready in the spa.

Wish they had a lobby bar. The building common areas are pretty small, but the bar upstairs in the pool area is excellent!

We like to revisit … a skyscraper in soho gives u amazing views of the city. Close to mercer - prince streets which is much more enjoyable to shop then 5th ave.

We booked incl breakfast 3 adults - 3 kids and we could eat those on the mezzanine or room .. so some waffles / berries and advocado toast close to 400 dollars (only when checking out they mentioned it’s only for 2 people? A 120 dollar credit per day ? Soo pls pay attention on that part …

Simply, everything! Location, design, cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff, facilities, ...

The fact that we were assigned a room on the lowest floor, facing an ugly building. The hotel has dozens of floors, with plenty of rooms, affording beautiful views over NYC. A real pity, given the hefty price we paid. Also, the hotel proposed to install a bed for a child at the cost of about $100 per night!! They would need to rethink this, in my view.

Location is perfect and central in SoHo! The hotel itself is very nice and all staff were exceptional. The room service menu is great and got to our room quickly. Gym is nice too.

There can be a longer than average wait for the elevator at certain times of day, especially if you are on a higher floor. The price for the room is steep, but I can understand why since the location is prime and the hotel is much nicer than most.

I loved the location, the staff is so friend and committed, the decoration is beautiful and the room is very confortable.

I didn't like the lights in the bathroom (is a white light and in only one side of the mirror! Impossible to make up), the pillows were too thin, and there isn't a place to drink something or eat something. The "bar"at the seventh floor is totally bland, charmless and stinks of grease. And the place where the breakfast is served is often fully booked and the price for room service is incredible high.

Great view on top floors, nice location for dinners, we've got an early check in without any expenses. Room was also spacious.

Smell in the lobby, overall interior in the room is pretty old. Furniture and walls with scratches. Only 2 elevators were functional. Also we felt kinda unsafe, because a young man was shot right in front of the hotel during the daytime.
