Large & clean apartment with kitchenettes Economical pricing TV with Netflix, Amazon etc

Location is super far from Bishkek City Center and also internal roads leading to the hotel are bad & narrow No convenience stores or facilities nearby No breakfast No restaurant No room service etc

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casablanca Apartment, and I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I could say the neighborhood would be much better than the centre. apartments are super clean and airy that you might not find in the city with same views. the most important thing is the staff who work there are pretty amazing people specially Gulzar, very great communication before check in and super smooth check out.

it would be better to reduce prices if there are somethings affect the stay at that time. or at least note about it before booking

When I choose this hotel one of the main purposes that they have a free airport shuttle but when I arrived at the hotel I found out that they don’t have any so I have to request a taxi and pay for it Why the BOOKING.COM including this hotel as one of the hotels who has a free shuttle at the binging?

Nice quiet location away from city noise. Security at the gate and 24 reception. ATM on site.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 13.00 hours to be told that check in was at 1400. even though on our booking it stated 1300. but otherwise there were no issues.

Upside: The hotel is very new and clean. Very quite area in the suburb. Very friendly and helpful staff, trully willing to help. Spacious rooms and kitchen with air conditioning. Breakfast is served into the room. Good value for money. Downsides: No opportunity to choose breakfast from a menu. No fresh coffee available for breakfast (only instant coffee in the room). Driving to the city center to have a decent coffee is 15 minutes. Taxi comes quickly and costs peanuts, so not a huge deal, but still you will think twice before going for your mornin or mid-day espresso or cappucino.

Menu-based breakfast and fresh coffee within the territtory would be a big improvement. Also a small work-site table would be an awesome addition. No electric cettle in the kitchen was also a surprise.

location, when we said the address to the taxi drivers, both cars were lost and the other group had the go there for 20 minutes by walk, map shows two locations and we didn’t know which is the right one - it’s really far prom airport

Room size

There was no bfast option and no good food stores on the proximity. We bought a few items in the small near by store but some of the items were outdated and spoiled

* Breakfast delivery time depends from 3rd party company and it's a random * Location will be good if you have a car. Otherwise you need to order an taxi or walk 25-30 minutes till some cafe or big shop

Very helpful ladies in reception. Nice and new cozy apartments.

The property is gated, to drive inside you need to pass a guard who is not customer friendly. When they have our car number plate, they are still required to come out of the car for no reason each time.
