* Excellent location - a short walk into the centre of Porto * Clean and comfortable - great shower, comfortable beds, etcetera * Terrific service & communication - the staff were courteous and on top of everything. For example, when we expressed disappointment, as Anglo/Irish people, that there was no kettle for tea and coffee (apparently not a Portuguese thing), a brand new one appeared on the dining table the same day! Note: WhatsApp was the chief means of communication for us, which worked extremely well.

* VERY noisy at night - not only was the Bloom Club Music Festival taking place in the adjacent street with music booming at extremely high volume for two or three days, the sound-proofing/ smoke-proofing from the shopfront-style front of the apartment was non-existent. Groups of people were hanging around in the street outside smoking and talking until two o-clock in the morning every night to the extent that the conversation and secondary smoke felt like it was in the room. The other guests were also very, very noisy - I would advise against bringing light sleepers and small children to stay here.

Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean with everyday cleaning. Comfortable beds and the couch was comfortable for sleep too. Air condition. Friendly and helpful staff, you can leave your luggage in the reception after check out if your flight leaves later (no additional fees). Only 10-15 minutes to the city center.

Smaller appartment. The floor was VERY creaky all the time and you could hear people from other appartments too. The bed was a bit creaky too. Metro stations were at least a 15 minute walk from the appartment.

Good location, not the best accessed via public transport but easy to walk everywhere, plus Uber/Bolt is super cheap in Porto so often cheaper than public transport if in a group Quite spacious apartments with good facilities, 2 hob rings and a microwave, enough to cook light meals

It was a bit inconvenient to have to communicate everything via WhatsApp or through the doorbell, our code for the room stopped working too which was quite worrying, there is no physical reception or anybody on site, so be warned if this might be a problem for you One of our rooms wasn't cleaned during our 3 night stay but the other was One morning the shower ran out of hot water, so 2/3 of us had to shower with cold water

The apartment was perfectly located near many shops, restaurants, and bars. You can get to many places in Porto just by walking. One of the best parts was that we were able to cook our own food in the small kitchen area, which was a money-saver. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The floor was quite creaky, which was a minor inconvenience.

Nicely decorated apartments with a movie theme. Daily cleaning was a bonus that we weren't expecting. Met on arrival for the hand over of keys and provided with lots of info about things to do, places to eat etc. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place is well presented.

The floors are timber floor boards and are very creaky every step you take so you hear everyone moving in the apartment above you. The was a lot of noise and banging of doors from other apartments in the very early hours of the morning during our stay. The location was not ideal but really only a short walk from everything.

Good location to stay, easy check in with a code, very good communication, good price.

There is literally no view and no sunlight in the room - my apartment was facing other apartment with around 0.5 m spacing between the walls.

It was clean apartment, they provide all the things for kitchen include oil salt etc. Close to supermarket and city center easily to find parking close to the property

It's kind of small kitchen, the floor with the wood tiles made lots of sounds every time we moved, bad smell from others apartments they were smoking weed

Liked everything about the apartment, have to mention the cleaning lady, absolutely lovely lady. Couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable

The last 2 nights people downstairs were very loud but that's the only thing that was wrong otherwise a perfect stay..

The apartment was very nice and perfect for a group of 4 persons. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly. The lock is as in other comments unlocked via bluetooth app. Other "complaints" that there is an internet connection required and that it did not work reliably could not be confirmed from our side. Free WLAN from the rooms reaches until the entry door and it worked very well in our case. Parking is available around the corner (for ~15€ 24h) but it is quite narrow. The location is very well and the centre within easy walking distance. We would definitely come back here.

Very nice and clean apartment. Have all the required amenities needed for a family. Good Restaurant nearby.

Floors are noisy. Makes annoying noice of every single steps or movement within the apartment. No locks in the washroom door.
