Adapura Wagrain Hotel impressed us in many ways. Its location is absolutely perfect – right next to the cable car and within walking distance of incredible cross-country skiing trails, making it an ideal base for winter sports. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning lobby that creates a welcoming and luxurious first impression. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious and high-quality options to suit every taste. The wellness area was another standout feature – a serene and perfectly maintained space that provided the ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes. These elements, combined with the hotel’s thoughtful layout and atmosphere, made our stay truly enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the room service fell short of expectations. During our 4-day stay, towels were replaced only once, trash bins were not emptied, toilet paper was not replenished, and the floors were neither vacuumed nor cleaned. We reported this to the reception, and while they were apologetic and assured us the feedback would be passed on to the third-party cleaning company responsible, the issue remained unresolved during our stay. For a hotel of this caliber and price range, we expected much higher standards in this regard.

Very nice hotel - situated just next to the slope, offering plenty of opportunities for skiing lovers. Very comfortable soundproof rooms with nice contemporary design and convenient beds. Good food with the big choice for breakfast and nice buffet concept of dinners. Very good equipment, offered by the rental shop, situated in the hotel. last but not least - very friendly and helpful personnel, creating special unforgettable vibe of the place. Thank you for the nice vacation!

Nice hotel near ski resort.

Family room for 220 eur per person has one bedroom with small windows oriented to roof where is chimney. You cannot open windows because smoke is entering to the room. Also hotel is full of restrictions. First information in elevator that you receive is that is forbidden to leave at room bottles that was not bought in hotel, no payment at reception after 20.00, no bathrobe in restaurant… crazy…

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Free underground parking, a lovely room with a balcony with a lovely view. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The sauna area was excellent, the best I've ever seen. Good value for money for the summer.

Dinner has to be reserved before 10 am, there was no menu or prices. We booked a table for dinner on our last night to find it was only a buffet and then billed €90 for a few slices of pizza and a bottle of water.

A lovely modern hotel in a great location at the base station of the Grafenberg. Amazing breakfast, beautiful wellness area with pool, lots of choice at the buffet restaurants with good quality food. The drinks were a reasonable price for a 4* hotel. The staff were helpful and professional.

Would have liked to be able to eat in the a la carte restaurant without paying extra, even if just once in the week. Although guests only paid half price, it still wasn't cheap!

Second time we went to Adapura, still an amazing hotel. Staff is very friendly and goes out of its way to make you comfortable. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious and the different restaurants make for a nice variation each day.

Nothing, we had a perfect stay

We had an amazing stay, food was very good. We went to all 3 restaurants included in our stay, they offered the same dishes each night but woth a few variations too. So always something to pick. Room was spotless and staff was very friendly. Room was soundproof even when housed next to the elevator we didnt even notice it.

We had some issues with 1 waiter but nothing major, otherwise they made sure we were very happy.

There was no hair conditioner and body lotion in bathroom, only 2in1 - shampoo and shower gel, it’s very uncomfortable

Friendly stuff and a great room, modern woth all the facilities needed! The location is great with a beautiful view nearby and a river, loved sleeping with the sound of running water

The ambience was spiffing, the staff was super nice helpful and friendly and the rooms were extraordinary nice. On of the best hotels in middle Europe I've ever stayed in

The only thing and really the only thing was we were told that we can pay in the restraunt and there they told us it is not possible so we had to pay the other day. (But that is like really the only thing)
