There was almost everything that we needed. Communication through Whatsapp was quite smooth and responses were quick. I was in love with small details here. Loved the polaroid camera! Coffee, tea and cookie were also very thoughtful. Also, I was very nervous about the train noise before staying, but it wasn’t really an issue for me. It was quite acceptable level of noise.

Location was not ideal. And as it is not a traditional hotel, there’s no reception area for rest. Luggage room seemed available but didn’t use it because it was just a room without any locker. Felt unsafe to use the luggage room. I was pretty satisfied with the facilities here in general, but when I stayed the elevator was out of order for half of the stay.

The place is SPOTLESS clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. It is aesthetic, practical and cosy. Location was great for me to go to the Gherkin (<15' by foot) and I also enjoyed having a Tesco express and dining options nearby. Wifi was super fast and easy to use. I warmly recommend the place!

Don't forget to fill in the check in form to be able to get in! I didn't know I couldn't check in early. Not suitable if you're a light sleeper since it is very close to the train tracks.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and Tower of London. 7 minutes walk from Hop on buses and Hop on river cruises. Small clean studio with everything your need, basic kitchen equipment for basic cooking. Comfortable bed, modern furniture. We were very satisfied, everything was perfect.

It was not problem for us, but studio is near railway, so you can hear little noise from trains. Anyway, earplugs attached and trains dont ride in the night, so no problem.

The hotel room is very close to Tower Bridge and Liverpool Street, it's not in the most crowded streets of London - not that many people there. On the other side it is next to the railway and some people could be disturbed by the sounds of train - there are free earplugs included though! We didn't even need them! Bob was amazing! I didn't finish the id verification before checking into the hotel and started to panic when I found out I didn't have any code to open the door to the hotel. Bob helped me out immediately (at 9:40 pm). The room is very cozy, very clean, on a smaller side but we managed to work it out quite easily, especially since all we really needed to do was sleep and use bathroom there. Equipped with everything you could need, except for maybe an iron. There's also a surprise of Polaroid camera with films all for free to use and enjoy your stay even more 😊 Definitely would recommend.

This was an excellent find! Very comfy, well-equipped little studio apartment. Bed was comfy, shower great, microwave and stove with all the utensils I needed, perfect temperature, nice coffee and biscuits. Yes there's the noise of the nearby train line but that was to be expected and it didn't disturb me. I got the best night's sleep with earplugs in. Well done, Bob W!

Absolutely everything! The attention to detail is incredible! I have never stayed in a room like this. They have literally thought about everything, to phone chargers, capturing special moments with the use of Instax and providing additional films, water bottles, the fancy cafetière, the post cards, stickers, not to mention the tote bag which is free you can take it or leave it! Oh and the shortbread was yummy!

Only downside is the bedding could’ve smelt a little better, the shower wasnt hot and the shower head wasnt great and depending on which way your room faces, you may look out your window and see some naked people as we did so other than that it was spot on.

All happens online, so you have direct access to your room which overexceeded my expections. The room was pretty specious, had a kitchenette, was very nicely furbished and modern. The bathroom was very modern as well and the whole appartment was clean. It's closeby Aldgate Easy and Tower Hill Subway, so you can reach your desitnations very easily. I loved the digital check-in, so it was very efficient and the communication was very well organised as well! Last but not least the value for money is very good and I will definitely be back!

My room was facing the railway tracks, but that was not a problem for me. And free ear-plugs were provided in case it would have been a problem.

The apartment was very cozy and lovely. It was small but we felt very comfortable. The appliances are all brand new and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom was also very modern with floor heating. The digital check in was very easy and uncomplicated as well. In the room were a lot of goodies - Polaroid camera with a complimentary film, tote bag, stickers, etc.

The location was a bit offside the buzzling London life - 10 minutes walk to tower bridge and the underground station which gets you quickly to the center though. We read about the room being noisy before in the ratings. And although we also heard trains every few minutes it actually even helped us falling asleep. The apartment even provided ear plugs if you need them.

cosy, small but everything I needed was available ( coffee exactly as I like, tea, towels and all toiletries needed, hairdryer, toaster , etc), i could easily and quickly set up the room temperature as I like; underfloor heating in bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean studio apartment, easy communication with the staff, easy access to the building and then to the apartment.

I think bigger plates in the kitchen would do better....otherwise hard not to spread crumbles when eating :) though i am not a messy eater nothing to swipe the floor to remove the crumbles I left

I liked the ease of access through the code provided by the hosts. The room was clean, tidy and had lots of little extras that gave a really nice touch. The room was compact and cosy but still had enough space and facilities to be perfect for a short or long stay. My room was right by the railway line so you can hear train noise but it did not disturb me.

I was very comfortable but one thing I would raise for others awareness is that I had to climb up the bed to get in to it (i.e. I had to get on the bed from the bottom as neither side was open to the floor). Also there was train noise in the room I was in which did not disturb me but is good for others to know. The property is also down an alley - this alley is VERY well lit and felt safe however may not be for everyone
