Amazing from start to finish. 4 star quality at 3 star prices. Spotlessly clean. Room, staff, location, and facilities are second to none. Answered a survey after the first night, said the bed was a little hard, there was a topper fitted the same day. Very quiet hotel/area. Bus stop 3 minutes away to the mad parts of the island. 1 minute from room to the pools and 1 minute from the pool to the fabulous beach. No steps like most of the other hotels. I could go on all day about how good this hotel is. I will return and I have never said this before. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was located in a great area and easy access to local transportation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially, the restaurant staff were superb! I didn’t get one of the ladies name but she remembered my drink without asking! Honestly, I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break

Fantastic hotel. Lots of sunbeds, good layout and not too big but with all the right areas to chill out, which suited me being a solo traveller. Rooms were exactly per the photos and everything worked well. Wasn't noisy at the hotel but you could hear people walking past at night as sound travelled in via the bathroom window, so remember to shut the bathroom door at night. I discovered that floor 6's solarium listing on the lift directory was a dedicated nudist area, haha! I went up for the view and stayed as I was alone...but strictly no nudist activities for me, just felt nice to have a whole terrace to sunbathe alone. Hotel is next to the beach, although you have to pay separately to the beach vendor for using sunbeds. Some of the daily activities organised by the hotel took place on the beach. There is a promenade that runs along the length of the coast that brings you down to the Maspalomas Sand Dunes which is approx. 1h15min by foot. Food wise, (I did half board) was plentiful in choice at breakfast. Dinners were good, there was always something good to eat and on some of the themed nights, food was really well thought out. Liked the fruit selection a lot, as they had exotic fruits in the mix, like mangoes and papayas. Also ate twice at the El Capitan restaurant next door, which was very good and would recommend. Staff at the hotel where polite and helpful. Alexia, the healthy coach who conducted most of my week's daily activities was simply a star - her energy and vibe really made my holiday. In the evening at the bar restaurant (different spot to the buffet for meals), they provided entertainment, usually live music. Some nights, the entertainers were very good. Overview absolutely loved this hotel and already thinking to come again for another stay!

They don't allow you to fill up on water with your own drinking bottles. They had water in the reception in those big water tap jars but ask you to use the small glasses on the side for drinking. There was nowhere else to get 'free' water, so I went out daily to buy my own from the supermarkets nearby. There is a supermarket on site too but it was a little more expensive then the Spar, which was a 3-5mins walk away. There was also another supermarket across the road from the hotel but I found the Spar was the cheapest of the 3 supermarkets.

Our stay was magnificent and memorable. The property was very clean and well-kept,rooms are chill though pretty small. Pools are also super clean as well the territory full of palms, flowers and greens . The staff nailed it. They were very friendly and helpful,especially in the restaurant and near the bar,really sunshines and made the experience even more enjoyable. Food is top notch ,so fresh and delicious, wide selection of meals,dishes from different cuisines. Chef is a king🥰

While check-in the guy who we talked to was not really friendly,cannot say rude, but in comparison to other people he was grumpy . The only thing to be improved is entertainment. Really need some more fun activities ,small parties or something otherwise it’s too boring.

I specifically want to praise the staff - everyone worked so hard especially with it being Christmas. Particularly the cleaners (inside and out) and the wait staff in the restaurant who were pleasant and friendly. The all you can eat buffet was great. A great variety of options. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed myself. Even though I checked out at noon, being giving a lunch voucher as my airport transport wasn't for another 3 hours was a nice touch. Being so close to the beach was also a bonus. No need to go very far to access the water. for my morning swim was wonderful.

The rooms are starting to look a little tired - paint flaking and the bedroom could do with a updated wallpaper or refresh of décor overall. The towels were flat and need replacing.

Location of the hotel was super convenient - only 20 min away from the airport by bus. The hotel had the best sandy beach in the vicinity (no rocks like at English beach). Staff was amazing and always ready to help! I loved the breakfast and the dinner with the different cuisine. Hotel itself is very beautiful. Loved the area around the reception - very tasty and it smelled also very good. What also very important was for me is the cleanness. The whole staff was caring about it in the hotel but also by the pool.

The bedroom was a lovely size and clean. Very usefully positioned for the beach and far enough but close enough to the main road to get around the island. Hotel nicely maintained with lovely shrubs and trees. Mainly, courteous and friendly staff. Food very good with a variety for a vegetarian. The live entertainment in the evening varied a bit in quality and it was a shame that it was not better attended but it was enjoyable.

We didn’t tend to be there during the day but when we were there the music during the day seemed unnecessary and intrusive. The enclosed dining area was a bit noisy but I don’t think there is much you can do about that with the number of people there.

We really liked the location, it was always sunny even if it’s was cloudy in other parts of the island. The hotel was quite private, clean nice territory with lots of palms and a small shopping center nearby. The food was quite extend, few types of milk, good variety of fruits, salads, cheeses, meats. Friendly and attentive personal. They gave us an unexpected invitation to the show.

-long check-in time due to bad English of personal -beds are quite weak, making lots of noise and you cannot really close the curtains properly to remove sunlight -> it really disturbed our sleeping quality -lacking the music at the pool, it would be so much nicer to have a beach background music instead of silence -placing of shampoo dispenser is under the shower-> when you pump out shampoo it goes under water

Very comfortable and spacious room, location could not be better - direct access to one of the best beaches in Gran Canaria (a huge beachfront of quality and healthy blacksand and very few rocks as compared to other beaches on the island. I don´t know why, but fairly large pebbles are always thrust by the waves onto the shore - one has to be careful when walking or jogging on the beach - can get hurt if one steps on stones. It is truly an adults only resort. I implored them to allow my very well behaved son of 15 years of age to join me, but they wouldn´t bend - only 18 and over. Period. It is very quiet and peaceful, has 2 amazing outdoor pools, tons of sunchairs and a lot of live music in the evening. The buffet all you can eat breakfast and meals are amazing - huge variety and quality. Certainly recommend - great bargain for the money!

The gym is very poor - not enough equipment and what exists is shabby and in poor shape. Also, gym could be open 24/7 - open hours cause some constraints. It doesn´t even have a vertical bike. The beda and pillows are extremely clean, but the mattresses could be better - it appeared that I could feel the coils a bit (I have seen far worse, but it´s a shame they dhadn´t upgraded the mattresses. Very often in the evening one could hear the loud noise of what appears to be a generator. I´m a very light sleeper and whatever that noise was, it was really disturbing. Finally, it´s a sheme drnks aren´t included in the all included packages. They could consider including one glass of wine per meal and charge for any extra glasses.

Directly located at the beach. Big hotel with beautiful pools. Staff were very nice and accommodating. We could check out until 2pm for 10€ per person which was amazing. There is a supermarket in the hotel complex. The bus to the airport is right in front of the hotel. Perfect if you are trying to get a nice breakaway outside of the crazy center of Maspalomas. We would book again.

The quality of the food in the adjacent restaurant (Restaurante Mediterranean at Corallium beach) was not good, unfortunately. Definitely our worst meal during the holiday and far too expensive for the quality we recevied. Perhaps it's not part of the hotel, in which case, it's irrelevant to this review. Otherwise, nothing, we were very happy.
