Pretty much everything. Room was clean and housekeeper was good .

My room didn’t have towels in it. I went to front desk and asked for towels the front desk person said no problem that she would order me some and to go back to my room. I went back and after 20 minutes with still no towels I went back to front desk and advised her of the problem and I told her I would wait there by the front desk until I received some towels after 10 more minutes I got my towels. Other than that everything was fine. I have stayed at this property at least 4 or 5 times and this was the only issue I have ever had.

The location is excellent. It's attached to a shopping mall so there is lots of garage parking and food options. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The staff was excellent. They moved my father to a handicapped room as he is in a wheelchair.

Parking was a little complicated and getting to the hotel lobby is like completing a maze. The double beds are also small and soft. They could use an upgrade. The pros still outweigh the cons.

It seems to be a business hotel or for groups. In the middle of a mall. The facilities are meticulous, clean and appealing! Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricy, but worth the money! The windows cancel out all noise. Exactly what you would expect from a good hotel. Since I had an early start, They organized a packed breakfast for me, since I couldn't join their breakfast (included!).

Nothing comes to mind, all good!

I liked the whole building and interiors. The design and quality of the furniture was very appealing and comfy. The staff was extra helpful when we explained that we were arriving 3 am to the hotel. They explained almost everything and they were very welcoming.

It was not explained that we had to come to a specific entrance at night, so we were waiting for a long time until somewone advised us to move to another entrance. I explained that we were arriving late and the person in the reception said that he was sending someone to assist us but no one came.

The breakfast was okay, and the location perfect for me. I like the view from my suite.

The check in , I pay for an xtra Knight in order for me to go into the suit early morning.

It was close to restaurant and shops, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean

They need know linen such as bath towels. The ones that were given to us looked very old. and we’re torn, but other than that the property was excellent.

Safe and secure location. Room was cleaned everyday. Located next to gigantic mall. Great views of the city from the dining hall.

Breakfast was so so. Eggs and omelets were fresh. The sausage tasted more like hot dog. And not the nice all beef hot dogs. It tasted just like chicken franks. Orange juice was watered down

Breakfast was very good! Also, Eduardo, who checked me in, did very well. He was polite and most helpful.

The lineup of TV channels could’ve been better! Also, I’m not sure the a/c worked very well. The bed could’ve been a bit less firm, but not a big deal!

Convenient location. Property was impeccable. Staff friendly and professional.

Maybe just food options, my daughter on special diet and there was not a lot of options for her specific diet.

Love the view. The location is great. have the mall in the same place, and also a grocery store. My kids love to have Starbucks in there as well!!!

The only thing is when we requested a taxi, they always had issues finding one. We ended up getting a huber.
