This hotel is close to the bus terminal I need to return to my home. It is basic compared to other hotels but it is also inexpensive compared to other hotels. It is comfortable, clean and there is a restaurant in the hotel. and a big bonus is that the bus terminal is in walking distance but there is always a staff member who will get your luggage to the bus terminal which for someone like me who is recovering from hip surgery was more than appreciated.

Excellent location, only 300 metres from the Autobus North Station and metro. Close to street food. Large, comfortable room with outdoor terrace and gym.

There is no Wifi in the bedrooms unless you stand next to the door. This drops in and out in public areas. The on-site restaurant served luke warm coffee and the food was dry, uninteresting and expensive for what you got. Slow service and again hard to pay by card when the internet conx was poor. Waited 20 mins to pay, gave up but had no cash so we’re followed to our room to chk we were in that room to pay the next day. The staff came up again an hour later and knocked on the door then walked away. Wouldn’t allow us to charge to our room. There are no restaurants or bars close to the hotel but numerous small eateries in the bus station. Quite noisy at night.

We arrived to Hotel Brasilia exhausted and with a ton of luggage and a toddler in tow. A porter came to us outside and helped us with our luggage. Check-in was easy. The room was beautiful and so so comfortable for our exhausted selves. The view was great. We requested a suite so we could have a room to be in while our toddler napped. It worked out perfectly. We ordered room service, which was delicious, and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was exceedingly courteous and helpful. We selected the hotel because of its proximity to the Central del Norte to catch a bus in the morning, and I didn't expect it, but a porter helped us carry all our luggage the 6-minute walk to the station at 6:00 in the morning!

Cleanliness, although today we left the card and no one made the beds, restocked the towels or water bottles.The meal we had at the restaurant. Menu needs to be cut down so you can focus on what you do well.

The meal we ate at the restaurant was awful. High point was the bread. Room rented for 3, but 2 came. When we arrived: safe did not work, only one set of towels, one glass, no tissues...

I chose this location as it is very close to the Mexico City North Bus Terminal as I had an early morning bus. It is not convenient to restaurants, but there are a few. One could even go to the bus terminal to grab a bite.

There is absolutely NO INTERNET. If you need internet, then you may need to use the bus terminal`s free wifi access. This hotel's wifi does not connect to the internet.

The location was great as it was super close to the bus terminal. The place and space were good, and the price was ok for what it is.

The sheets of the beds were dirty, with spots from previous guests, and the bedroom had poor drainage. We paid for four guests and we only got two towels

Generous sized room. Exceptionally clean. Despite comments by others WiFi worked great for me. Short walk to Central del Norte bus station.

Other than proximity to bus station, immediate area didn’t have much to offer. You need an Uber or taxi to find anything of interest.

I am recovering from a broken hip and use a cane and sometimes walking is painful. Staff helped me get my suitcase down the stairs to the sidewalk and then proceeded to walk with the suitcase to the bus terminal. This was an amazing help to me and a step above and beyond.

Street noise from the highway was a sleep disturbing factor, solved by putting on the air-conditioner which provided "white noise."

I liked the room a lot: it was very spacious, had a lot of light and the bed was comfortable. The staff downstairs has been extremely helpful and kind! I used their service of luggage deposit (before the check-in) and I felt that my stuff was in safe hands! Conveniently very close to the bus stop Norte.

The only thing I did not like was the presence of a sink inside the room. (But don't worry, the room has plenty of space!) The shower flux was a bit weak.

Overall, the experience was very pleasant and check on very easy which is very appreciated after a long journey either by bus or by plane.

Sometimes the internet was a little difficult but eventually problems were solved. It may not have been necessarily the hotel's fault.
