The room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette reasonably equipped, with the basics - and washing machines are available on some floors for no extra charge. The location is central, with a tram stop outside the front door, and supermarkets and Central Market within easy walking distance. The room we had was on the sixth floor, and was easily accessible via the lifts, We didn't have a car, so can't comment on the parking facilities. Being right in the heart of the CBD had advantages, but also some downsides, with noisy traffic, very busy at times footpaths and local identities wandering around which may be confronting for some travellers, although we never had a problem. The front desk is staffed for the majority the day. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was handy. A bus stop for the airport is located very close by, and takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport for a local fare.

The airconditioning was a little noisy.

Friendly greeting at reception. The offer to mind our luggage before our stay and after our stay. House cleaning offered every day. Kitchen had all the things we needed to make breakfast every day. Bed was very comfortable. The location of the apartment was close to Memorial Drive, so convenient for our trips to the tennis.

People slamming their room doors early in the morning. I know this is not the fault of Quality Apartments but maybe some slow-closing door mechanism for each front door might be nice. There really was not anything we did not like.

Booking the hotel was a breeze through the Booking.com app. The hotel was very easy to find, and conveniently located in the CBD. Everything was within walking distance, or easily accessible via public transport. The staff were great, and hotel was very clean and spacious. The hotel room was perfect for our family needs. Very comfortable stay. I have recommended the hotel to friends and family should they ever visit Adelaide!

Location was in Adelaide CBD which is in a central location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is a well maintained apartment, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment included all you need for your stay including streaming services. Enjoyed observing the hustle and bustle of the the city from above, through the window of the apartment.

Vehicle parking information provided on Booking.com was somewhat confusing. We would recommend clarifying information before confirming your booking. Had to pay an additional fee for a parking space for the vehicle which was a substantial amount. It would have been helpful if the information was conveyed at the time of confirming the booking.

plenty of space in the room, having the separate lounge was very comfortable. the bathroom was very large!

the elevator was a bit dodgy, the door closed too quickly which made us a bit nervouse. a few extra plates and cutlery would be nice, we had some friends come to the room and there wasn't enough glasses for 4 people. the check in process was challenging. I was asked to download the app and complete a pre checkin form to get the key which made me think there was no reception. I am not comfortable with this process and prefer to have someone on the front desk (unless arriving out of hours). The after all of the confusion, I was told there was someone on the front desk! very confusing!!!

Great central location. Just up from the mall. Spacious unit. An older unit.. Sofa in main area too low and soft for me to use. Bathroom had a separate shower with small step into it.. (Height of shower base that is all), so easy access. Laundry was on floors 4,6,8. We were on 7 so had to use the lift . Washing machines and dryers were free, I found some of the machines out of order, so had to use more than one floor to do the wash. The lifts seemed quite jerky at times. Advised by staff to use Register Lane at back of property for Uber pickup, as main streets all bus stops and can't stop. That worked really well.

Air filters were dusty, but this was being addressed during Winter maintenance

Jason on reception was so helpful! When WAZE sent me to an incorrect lane at back of the building he was so helpful to redirect me plus stayed a little later to wait for me to check in. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location on Cnr of Grenfell and King William and not far from the Adelaide Central markets with many restaurants near by. We had 2 king beds in the 2 br apartment which was so spacious and had all that we needed although for an overnight stay.

The bathroom was not a clean as I would have liked. Grout on tiles are in need of a good clean as was the floor which may just have been the age of the tiles but the rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable

Our accommodation was amazing! The suite had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The bed was comfy and the spa was great for relaxing in every night after our full days of exploring Adelaide. We were close to Rundle Mall, the casino and restaurants.

Not really a complaint, but it would have been nice to have some breakfast included, even if it was just a continental breakfast. It was a little hard trying to find somewhere for a quick bite before our tours each morning, not a lot opened early morning in the city.

Apartments are very central, close to free transport. The apartment was just what we needed after 2 weeks touring.

While we knew there was no parking it was difficult to find the back lane for unloading. A map with the directions would have been handy with the booking. Even the name of the lane would have been helpful.

Quality apartments Adelaide Central are exceptionally well located with access to free buses and trams just metres from the door. With excellent shopping, handy banks, supermarket and food outlets just around the corner, just about everything you could want is at hand. There does seem to be a shortage of restaurants in this part of the city, but venture a little further and they can be found - easily accessible using the excellent fee, public transport system in central Adelaide. The room was comfortable, with a massive bathroom and jet tub. The well appointed kitchen had an oven which was a bonus when cooking in. Comfortable bed.

Partial glass partition between living area and bedroom (obviously designed to let natural light flow through the apartment) meant that at night there was referred light (and sound) through into the bedroom if someone else was watching TV or working at the dining room table. The bathroom was unnecessarily overly big - some of the bathroom area could have been better used as additional living space which would have made the apartment even more impressive. Shortage of cutlery - only 2 of each utensil meant we were always cleaning the last used items.
