In addition of the above, the view of the Mont Blanc from our patio and also from the outdoor hot tub is a special treat. Love the cute shaped light bulbs in the public areas. The hotel is literally next to the train station yet the Swiss trains are surprisingly quiet. I didn’t even know about this until the day we depart by train. The breakfast has wide variety of healthy choices with good quality.

The sitting room is a little too dim for our liking to read so we borrowed a desk lamp from the front desk. We were not able to find any English speaking TV channels.

The hotel food was excellent. The restaurant manager hand delivered room service to our room, she was amazing, the definition of good service.

Our part of the hotel was still under construction, so the lobby wasn’t done. It was ok, we were happy but it’s not as nice as it will be when it’s complete.

We had a Quadruple Room with Mont-Blanc View and a view was really amazing. We had 2 balconies. Room was large with separate spacious wardrobe. Bad were comfortable. Everything was clean. A bathroom with two designer sinks, a shower and a free-standing bathtub in front of a glass wall with a view of Mont Blanc. Really beautiful! Good breakfast in a very cozy restaurant. The hotel is in a quiet location, even though the train station is right next door. We didn't hear the trains at all. It is right next to the center of Chamonix, but also close to the cable car to A.du Midi and to the train that goes to the glacier. The Olympic sports complex is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. If we ever come back to Chamonix, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location - we parked up for the weekend and could walk everywhere from the hotel as our base. Breakfast was really nice - relaxing atmosphere, not too formal, not too informal. The room was really clean, warm, and comfortable. Great mountain view to wake up to as we arrived in the dark the night before.

The limited underground parking is challenging if you drive in and can't fit the last available space! So check first what is available and if your car will fit. We parked in the public parking next to the hotel and that was fine - perfectly safe and not too expensive.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and welcoming staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and stunning views. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. I particularly loved spa which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The atmosphere was truly unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return! Central location, right next to the train station. Super hygge scandi vibe of the hotel. Comfortable room, with all the usual expects from a 4*. Only thing to mention is could of been bigger if sharing with someone would of been a bit cramped and included more toiletries for the price. Spa is amazing for a relax after skiing, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna where my two highlights! We also had the oriental relaxing massage which was AMAZING. Great breakfast (extra. lots of fresh options). Happy hour at 5-7pm with different special cocktails each day!

The hotel was an exceptional surprise as there were many previous reviews about renovation and construction noise and confusion. There were no outstanding renovations taking place anywhere that I saw. The two different rooms I had were both very generous in size, well appointed, nice bathrooms, and good space provided. Breakfast was fantastic and catered to a variety of travellers, all food was well prepared, adequate, well replenished, staff were excellent and helpful everywhere. Overall an great hotel, perfectly located next to the train station and the main pedestrian street into the city centre. Spa was an extra added treat as well.

My only concern was the lighting situation in my second room RM. 145 across from the main building. There is very little bright light from any overhead lighting in the bedroom area. Small problem during an exceptional stay

I like everything! Location was perfect with wonderful view from the balcony. For me, breakfast was really good: I found everything I needed. The room had heating, coffee machine, and all the necessary things. Cleaning was every day, sometimes even during the breakfast. Spa, swimming pool, very friendly staff) I will definitely stay here again.

I don’t understand all the bad comments. Where did you find these negative things? For me - everything was perfect.

The location was exceptionally accessible from the train station. It is situated at a calm & comfortable area of town. We love the warm service by all the staff who truly gave us a holiday experience to remember. Excellent accommodation & facilities. Truly a place to relax & unwind. Strongly recommend for a great stay!👍🏼

A suggestion for the food spread at breakfast to include more chicken items for those who cannot take pork and beef. More hot items like freshly prepared omelette/egg station would be lovely.

I like that the location was close to the train station. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay as well.

When we got there but there was a lot of construction and our room was basically outside at the other building of the hotel and in the morning there we basically people working so we can see them as a view from the balcony as well as there were a lot of debris coming from them that wasn’t cleaned as well each day. The bathroom as well I would say is a bit disappointing since it be was separated from the shower area so the toilet area didn’t have a sink at all.
