Washing machine and dryer in the unit is not normal but that was magic for us The Spa is unbelievable, and so is the location. Quiet enough for sleeping yet just 1km away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise Foxtel was great Great value for money We will be coming back again

No big deal but the workers were too loud before 7am. If they start work before 7am which they did, they need to be reminded that some of us are still sleeping The door to the car park has to be opened by key but no key is required coming from the car park. Not sure why that is the case. It should be the opposite as someone can walk in off the street through the car park gate, and then gain access to the stairs and pool and bbq. You shouldnt need to unlock a door to get out. It was hard when you had stuff in your hands The air conditioning had little affect to cool down the unit. This is probably the only thing that needs to be improved The Tv could have been bigger but no big deal really All of these are very minor with none of them having any bearing on our stay

Excellent communications prior to arrival + good checkout instructions Compact + clean 1 BRM apartment. Approx 1.2klm walk to Surfers Paradise Beach + 15 mins to HOTA Parklands + Cafes + restaurants. 1.7klm drive to Southport supermarkets. Pool + spa small but adequate

Any matters requiring attention were notified to Reception on check-out. We were on the ground floor. There is a large outdoor patio with no fixed awnings or permanent shade-cloth. Possibly not allowed by Body Corp but would have made the outside area more pleasant + usable

The location is great, abt 20 mins walk to surfers pradise and lots restaurants and shops in the area. And love the washing machine and dryer, also spa pool is great.

We booked 11 nights and they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, have to pay for extra which is super unreasonable considering we paid for 11 nights. No shampoo or body wash, only two tiny soap.

Location, easy walk to cavill ave and beach, Local restaurants and shops

Great location. Very comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen well equiped. Was very useful to have parking provided.

Very noisy refrigerator, so noisy it woke me from sleep. And the aircon while it worked very well was also dripping water (condensation???) from under the vent. Some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers could do with a fix, or update.

The Location was excellent, the facilities could not be faulted, and the accommodation was comfortable We made use of the spa but decided against using the pool, too cold for us though other guests were using it Short walk to the Spar for groceries and close proximity to the Tavern, excellent fish and chips shop and the local shopping centre Free Undercover secure parking and security throughout the resort was excellent

Little to fault, cold water tap in the bathroom was leaking and the resort did not have an elevator so the less physical guests would need to book the ground level

The location was excellent being close to some restaurants and cafe's and just a short walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was clean and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a full kitchen. The apartment complex and underground parking is secure and easy to navigate. Communication was excellent from the staff who provided me with very clear information about how to access my keys as I was checking in after hours.

I could occasionally hear noise from the adjoining apartments and there was also some light coming through into the bedroom at night from the street lights. Although this did not bother me, light sleepers may be affected.

It is central, everything is in walking distance loved the peaceful stay! The hot pool is just what was needed after some late dates with whanau! Loved the washing machine and dryer especially after the swim and long days out!

The bed was abit hard but other then that, it’s spot on and it’s not your fault being that we are from nz we didn’t read the fine print for no towels 🤦🏽‍♀️

Location was excellent. Very comfortable stay for a small family with parking and close access to basic amenities.

Cleanliness needs to be looked into as found 2 tiny cockroaches. Bathroom lacks ventilation. Water pools in the shower cubicle due to poorly slanted tiles keeping the bathroom damp and musty.
