The property is very well located right in the middle of Surfers close to the beach and restaurants.

The staff/manager on duty during reception hours during the weekend needs to learn a lot about customer service in my opinion. She didn’t bother to give me any feedback on the items that I reported weren’t working and needed looking at. Her manner was short, and unapproachable.

The location was great. Near to supermarket, restaurants and surfers paradise main area. Beach not far. And view over the Nerang River was awesome. The pool was great and dumbed always available. Parking space was very appreciated. Lifts were speedy. Everything clearly signed and staff available when you needed them (not often). Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our 2.5 week stay.

The noise was a shock! Luckily we both wear earplugs when we go to bed so we were good but if you’re a light sleeper then maybe this isn’t for you.

Older building,but our room was clean,spacious and a great location! We booked a superior room overlooking the river,great sunsets and always something to see on the river! A lot quieter on that side too,away from most traffic/ partying noise up town. Supermarket across the road was super handy,even cooked ourselves some meals in the apartment. Bars and restaurants are very very handy as well,we had a great time within easy walking distance. Definitely stay there again! Manager was friendly and helpful.

Perhaps some upgrading of kitchen utensils,equipment..

The location was brilliant for us. The staff were lovely and check in after hours was very simple. The view was also brilliant. Everyone we ran into in the hotel were very nice as well, residents and guests. Coming and going was very easy and it felt secure and safe. The free undercover parking space was also good.

It could've been a bit more clean. The kitchen sink tap was sticky and the whole room smelt like a dirty drain when we arrived and we couldn't get rid of the smell even after buying room spray and keeping the windows open.. The bed was a little uncomfortable as well.

I travelled to the Gold Coast with my 2 daughters for the recent National Cheer comp. I had booked the accommodation months in advance, and had kind of forgotten exactly what I booked, so when we arrived and booked in, we were blown away by the apartment. I had booked a budget apartment but it was fantastic! Fabulous view of the river, it was spacious and comfortable. It was a quick drive to Broadbeach for the Cheer comp, and a quick walk into the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach. The pool area was great, and staff were lovely and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, extra bonus it had an ensuite, we didn’t cook but it had all you need to prepare meals and a lovely bbq area, parking space.

The reason we were there was because my Son was playing football in QLD, one day after footy I let him into the pool area to have a spa and as I was walking back to the lift the lady at the front desk yelled ‘what age were the children you let into the pool area I realised she was talking to me and I said 15 and she goes Mnnn and the other one I said it was just one boy. She seemed satisfied with that however I felt like I just been scolded and wanted to leave and go home. Honestly there was no need for her to say this me, he is 15 and 6ft tall and very capable to go into the spa alone.

We stayed with our family for a week (2 adults, 2 teens), the superior room was comfortable, the views were spectacular and the location was great. Quiet but close to Cavil Avenue, shops, activities (cruise and jet ski from the moorings of the apartments), bars and restaurants. Lots of birds and wildlife around, especially on the balconies in the mornings. Strong security throughout, heated outdoor pool and hot spa used daily. Reception and maintenance staff were responsive and helpful to resolve a few issues while we were there, they really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay.

After hours check in was not the best experience, getting conflicting advice about parking and only one room key and fob which was needed to move around the building (second key provided when reception opened the next day) Underground parking is tight, bring your A-game for parking if there is a car next to you. The good news is you can leave your car there and walk to many places. It had free wifi, but it wasn't quick and sometimes not usable.

Great communication with staff when arriving on a public holiday. The location was good. The pool and spa area was beautiful, and our view was spectacular.

A few cracks in the tiles, no middle curtains in the lounge, and we had a bed in there meant it was hard for our son to sleep past dawn. Being on the 4th floor meant we heard a fair bit of noise from the bar next door, especially on Saturday night.

Perfect location, shops across the road and only 8-10min walk to Surfers Paradise. Beautiful daytime and sunset views on the water

A bit pricey for the fact it’s a self service apartment, we didn’t get fresh towels or linen throughout our stay. A handful of portion control soaps/detergents provided but you will have to end up spending on an amenity grocery shop that you probably won’t go through if you’re staying 5 nights like we were. Not soundproof, easily hear others outside your door, especially other doors slamming shut.

Everything was great. Facilities were great. Location is perfect. We have stayed before and would happily stay again.

Cleaners came through during our stay. We were told linen and towels would be changed, vacuum and mop would be done and to have all surfaces cleared so they could be wiped. We spent time sorting the room and packing away everything that would be in the way. Linen and towels were changed but nothing else. Wasted a bit of our time but not a big issue.
