Very great hostel vibes and its facilities. The pool, the bar/restaurant, gym in the middle of the nature. The stuff really nice.

All great. The only thing we regret to pick a room with fan and no A/C it was too hot the whole day & night in the room.

The bungalows are very nice and spacious enough, in a beautiful surrounding. There's a very strong WIFI reception, so I could work without any issues, perfectly in a hammock on my own terrace :D There's an open gym as well, if you'd like to do some workouts and otherwise on the other side, behind the swimming pool, you can also join some Yoga classes. And not to forget, if you like socializing, they have their space up, where you can have a nice drink and some good food. So I would say, it's really an all-round place as they got basically everything. And 3 /4 minutes walk, you're at a beautiful beach!

I initially booked 3 nights but ended up extending for an extra 4. Staff are friendly and helpful! Cafe and bar are so good I ate here almost every day the food is fresh and delicious. Yoga with Pearl in the shala or around the pool is fabulous. Ladies stay in the female dorm it's huge and spacious and everyone was really respectful and quiet at night. Great pillows lol. The bathrooms were scrubbed every morning and super clean. Great communal spaces to meet people. Super close Walking distance to the beach ⛱️

Really sociable, fun place to stay! We stayed as a family of four with our 10 and 8 year old - although it's definitely aimed at backpackers it was also fab for a family stay. The family bungalow we had was plenty big enough and was really comfortable - comfy beds and hammocks out on the deck to chill out in. The pool is lovely and really deep so great for our two to jump in to! There's also a gym area that's free to use and daily (fab) yoga classes. But best of all is the big bar area - really chilled out and sociable. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

The owner was so friendly and caring! He checked up on everyone daily, making sure that everyone was happy and had everything he/she needed. He left the lights on in the bar when everyone left so I could finish my online course from 12 am till 3 am. The property is just amazing with the swimming pool accessible 24/7, the bar where you have many spots to either socialize or do your own thing, the atmosphere, the music,... The location is also perfect with many good restaurants, beaches, yoga classes,... in the neighbourhood if you rent a scooter. I stayed twice in this hostel for a couple of weeks and absolutely loved it! I will definitely come back when I'm in Koh Phangan.

The water pressure of the showers is really low.

The staff was so welcoming and lovely❤️, everyone seemed to really like working there and with their colleagues, that created a unique vibe. The food in the restaurant was delicious, really everything tasted just great. The whole restaurant and bar space was really relaxing and a lot of interesting people were around (f.e. there was a photo shooting at the pool & in the garden & a tattoo was made right next to the pool 😅). The pool was nice, the garden is well looked after and pretty. The laundry service was fast and everything came back clean and with a very pleasant scent. The beach is in short walking distance, nice, clean and long. The area is very, very quiet compared to Thong Sala. Only if there's live music at the Rasta Home (which is really great and worth a visit on fridays!) it's a little louder. The option to have Muay Thai or yoga classes in the resort is nice. The beds were comfortable. I liked the basic, but tasteful design of the bungalow. You can have room cleaning everyday if you ask for it at the bar.

I think the doors & windows are not quite sealed. 3 times, we had a cockroach in the room, one time a really huge one in front of the bathroom door. Since the bathroom is all wet everytime you shower, it would maybe help to have a squeezy for the floor, so you can use the toilet without getting wet and don't attract cockroaches with the warm wet bathroom. The fridge could have been bigger for our needs. The closet had an unpleasant smell. The yoga classes were a bit pricy. The outdoor gym was a great feature, but pretty dirty (feet black and hands brown after using). The plastic seats and tables at the pool seem to never get cleaned. There's a creepy, somehow filthy and from time to time aggressive cat hanging out in the restaurant which I personally didn't like at all.

Great hostel with amazing facilities, the room were big and very spacious, very clean. The pool, yoga shala, the gym, common area are really nice, the bar/restaurant is great and people very friendly. Great area in Koh Phangan, lots of workshop to do around and nice beaches to visit and chill for sunsets. I would definitely come back, thank you 😊

It’s a small point but I think it would be even nicer if they would organise some events in the afternoon/evening for people to meet up even easier, like a game night or sunset, etc, could write down on the board and it would be easier for solo travellers to meet up but it’s still very social like that but could be more fun :)

The kindness and hospitality of the staff are a great welcome in there. Even the common area, a great meeting and exchange point, gives value to the place I only tried the breakfast once and found it standard (yoghurt, muesli and fruit) - prices perhaps a little high for the food A great extra is the gym!!!

The lighting of the shared area: it is very dark and if it rains and you are forced to stay under the roof the atmosphere is a bit gloomy

Just excellent. Was supposed to stay one week but I ended up staying for a little over two weeks because I kept extending. Amazing and very friendly staff, laid-back and easy going vibes, good food in the restaurant, nice social atmosphere with great crowds that are always up for a chat or to do some exploring together, staying here feels like you're spending time with friends rather than staying at some random hotel or bungalow. Also a great place to do some remote work. Located in a more quiet part of the island far away from the raunchy (and quite frankly often also pretty tacky, inauthentic and distasteful) neon-lit ''party'' atmosphere, so by all means stay elsewhere if all you care about is partying and getting shitfaced drunk in bars that play obnoxiously loud crap music, but there's beautiful beaches nearby and if you rent a motorbike you can get everywhere in no time. Should I visit Koh Phangan again I will definitely book another stay here and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. For reference: Male, solo traveler, mid-30s.

Bathroom in my first AC bungalow felt a little outdated and is probably due for renovation in a not-too-distant future. Certainly no dealbreaker though, it suited my needs fine.

Great social vibe without being a party hostel. Very peaceful. Loved the outdoor gym and the pool to cool off afterwards. Food was great and reasonably priced. 2 minute walk to the beach and just a great base from which to explore the north of the island.

Beds are a little firm in the dorms. Might be alright for others but I had trouble sleeping some nights.
