Ahh just so good! The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Villa was amazing, loved chilling by the pool — it was the perfect little enclave to relax in. Excellent location, just a short scooter ride from great beaches and restaurants — super handy that we could hire a pair of scooters from the guys too. We stayed in Thailand for a month and this was easily our favourite place we stayed in. We're telling everyone to go and we'll definitely be back!

We’ve had the best time at Mayara Pool Villas. It is a mix out of hotel and a typical airbnb. We loved the concept of having privacy with our own pool but room service and someone to talk to (in person) at all times. The flat was super clean and lovely decorated. The pictures absolutely represent reality. The sunset is right in front of the pool, so you get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Koh Phangan in your private pool. You have the option to rent a scooter owned by Mayara (which we definitely recommend). The prices are standard prices of Koh Phangan - therefore completely fair. There are several food options in the next village (for breakfast, dinner, lunch) and also some supermarkets next to it (5min by scooter). There also is a supermarket quite close in walking distance (~10min), so if you just want to stay in the apartment without leaving by scooter, that is also possible. In case of any questions you can always text the owners via WhatsApp and will get help right away (for whatever you need). They live close by so that there always is someone to talk to in person. All in all we can absolutely recommend staying at Mayara. The place is just wonderful! Thanks for having us and taking care of us. We really enjoyed staying with you and will recommend it whenever we get the chance ☺️

There is absolutely nothing to complain about

We liked everything. Amazing premises, the cool decoration, good appliances, good toilet and the pool. Also it was very quiet which allowed a good night’s rest. The hosts are amazing, always offering a positive vibe and the scooter rental was a breeze. They also offer a laundry service and our clothes came back clean and fragrant. There is a good cafe nearby, called "Madii Cafe" in which we ate delicious breakfast every morning. Also they make the best Latte you can find :) Don't hesitate to book, you'll love it 100%

First of all, the staff and the hotel owners were very nice, pleasent and always were a step ahead of us asking if we need anything. The room was ready and available, the owners offered us an early check-in and a late check-out. The view from the hotel is great, we watched long beatiful sunsets.

Despite the view, the location was a bit far from resturants and centers, motorbike or taxi will be needed for transtortation.

We loved our stay at Mayara Pool Villas; great communication from the hosts and arranging a pick up from the ferry. The villas are new and private with amazing views. We loved they had scooters for rent at the villas and enjoyed the location with great recommendations by Viktorija and Baptiste for local restaurants for breakfast, great coffee and authentic Thai dinners. Koh Phangan is a quiet island with great beaches and easy to explore. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing to dislike

Had an absolutely wonderful time in Koh Phangan at Mayara Pool Villas. The hosts are so helpful and friendly and even put a bottle of bubble and flowers in our room when we mentioned it was our Honeymoon - we didn't expect that at all and it was such a lovely touch. You'll need a scooter to get around the island and you can rent directly from Mayara which was so easy. The villas are excellently situated - near some gorgeous beaches and a long strip of places to eat (with many vegetarian and vegan specialist restaurants) I would return here in a heartbeat - to be honest, I wish I never left! We recommend.

The swimming pool was amazing! Hosts friendly and helpful, good laundry service charging per kilo (unlike major resort charging per item)

It’s ideal to have your own transport as the island is hilly and very hot and you need to walk for food/beach. We alternated between Salad beach and Yao beach (very hard walk in the heat and we hike a lot but usually when it’s below 25) as taxi costs a lot for such a short distance.

On arrival, we receive a very friendly, warm welcome from both owners. Everything to do with the room, check-in/out was explained clearly, as well as nearest attractions, beaches, shops etc. The villas are located in a very peaceful area, We had the highest villa, we were not prepared for just how spectacular the views were. The room was immaculate, as was the infinity pool, the bed is big and comfortable. The shower was always hot. It had everything you needed if you didn't want to leave the room, coffee machine, toaster, kettle,big fridge freezer hob, saucepans etc. Smart tv woth nexflix, fan and good airconditioning. We stayed as part of honeymoon, and if it hadn't been for the fact we had boat trips booked, we would not have left the room. Both owners were feiendly and helpful every time we spoke to them. We had a fantastic stay from the minute we arrived till the minute we left.

Exceptionally clean facilities. Brand new fixtures and comfortable furnishings. Well designed. The villa is spacious and perfect for a couple to spread out belongings and still have room to relax. Perfect pool to dip in after a hot day. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Amazing hosts Great location if you want to explore more hidden beaches and unique experiences.
