Bay villa staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Due to quieter time we received an upgrade to one of the more modern villas which we really enjoyed. The villa pool and space was very modern, clean and luxurious. We received a very warm welcome on arrival in taxi then at villa. The villas are set high on the hill so a service is provided to transport to lovely local Haad Salad beach that has a very charming Salad Hut restaurant and numerous other choices. Walking up the hills is challenging especially in the heat. Hire of scooters available but more confidence required to drive in this hilly area. We loved the views from our villa and quieter and lush, treed location. Food deliveries also available.

3rd bedroom downstairs with bunk bed small but master bedrooms upstairs were beautiful.

The apartment is super-comfortable and the location and view are stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant/café. The pool is very nice with the view to the bay.

We were a bit surprised that there was no cleaning service to check on the apartment to clean, exchange towels and stock up stuff like soap etc.

We had the 5 bedroom villa with pool. And were with a group of friends. The Villa is huge and had a Pool billiard, a sleeping room with bathtub, 4 normal sleeping rooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and an outstanding outdoor area with pool and the lounge area. Everything was perfectly clean. We could watch the sunset perfectly from our pool area, which was absolutely stunning. There are 3 different food deliveries to choose from. Those were ok but there is better food in Thailand elsewhere. You can call the staff to bring you up and down the hill before 18.00

Pretty minor, but: After 18.00 you need to walk up to the Villa, which is pretty steep. You should bring drinks and Snacks from 7/11. 2 of the 3 Restaurants close pretty early around 18.00.

The villa is wonderful located with a breathtaking view. The bedrooms are big with nice bedrooms and the living room is very as well. The pool area is just amazing. Every night I took a moment to have a look to the view and had the lucky feeling

We had a stay for 5 nights and they didnt clean it during our stay. Also there was no vacuüm cleaner so with two little kids you can imagine the rubbish.. Further we would recommend a start/welcome package with some cleaning stuff..

The view - brilliantly colored sea visible just going on for miles. Had a washing machine and basic kitchen appliances which was useful as we were in Thailand for a while. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Property had option to rent scooter from them and the charge was similar to outside. Access to nearby shops and public beach was easy as well.

Amazing three bedroom villa with a great pool. Perfect place for spending time with friends. The staff were incredible and were able to meet us earlier than the 3PM check-in time which was very nice.

As the property is located quite high in the hills, we frequently needed a ride to get any place including the nearby beach as the hills are very steep and not recommended to walk-up.

Everything. The whole place is beautiful with a stunning view. Exceptional service and the staff is so attentive.. Room service is also great. The comfiest bed and bedding

The up hills can be a bit intense to drive with a scooter or by foot.

Wow! Was our response walking through the door and seeing the view and the quality of the apartment...Reasonable breakfast, amazing apartment, incredible views, fantastic comfy beds, so clean, bonus having Netflix and room service, when it was stormy and couldn't go anywhere.

Everything was perfect! We stayed in family villa, the view was amazing! The pool was huge. The stuff was very nice and friendly. The decoration of towels and bed was so cute with frangipani flowers🥰 it was so quiet in the area. Tasty restaurant, brought the dinner to our villa. Very great variety of food for breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay in Bay villas
