Out of all the hotels I've been to, the staff at Jewel have been the most hospitable. Everyone has been very friendly and very welcoming. Big shoutout to some people whose names I was able to catch: 1) The cleaning staff particularly managed by Ehab and the people who managed our level, I believe his name is Atef (Very clean and tidy!) 2) Mohammed for cooking fresh omelettes everyday during our free brekkies and I think there was also a food manager, I can't remember his name but he was one of the few people that wore glasses (I think Amr) 3) Shaker and Alaa for their reception service and recommending me to go to Al Baladi restaurant 4) Nader for being so helpful when I checked in I also didn't have a flight until 9pm and the hotel staff have still let me stay in their pool and lobby areas as well :)

For the breakfast, the bread sometimes isn't too fresh although I think there were food supply issues when I came (during COP27 so there was a huge influx of people). The gym could also be opened a bit more often, I came during COP and wasn't able to use the gym which is opened (9-5pm).

the location is very quiet but only 5min walking from the a busy and pretty area. really liked the salt water infinity pool on the deck. dinner menu at the hotel was outstanding, included many many plates, tasted delicious and was the lowest price for an outstanding quality (~13€). never got sick. fresh water bottles in the room every day. every single staff member gives their best here and exceeds expectations. they dont say no to any requests. they make you feel like home.

when we initially came to the room, it seemed like they completely forgot to clean the bathroom. but as soon as we told them they immediately apologized and went up to clean it rapidly. all was good from that point.

A low-key, boutique hotel with staff - Karim, Shaker, Amr, Nasser and everyone else - who are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, the shower was great, the WiFi was reliable, and the view of Naama Bay was stunning. The food was always good quality and well prepared. Thank you for a wonderful stay..

We loved our stay at Jewel hotel, the room was big and clean the staff were professional they catered to every demand. The breakfast was also good shout-out to Amr he was very kind and helpful.

The place is beyond magnificent, the breakfast is clean, the attention and interest of all the employees are magnificent. Even though I arrived early, the manager shaker allowed me to check in early. I don't know how to thank him. Whatever I say about Amr el dsoky, the highest level of attention and interest is not enough. I was nervous the first day, he solved all the problems with his smiling face and approach. He will literally make you eat with his hand. He is so interested. Bravo 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰. They work hard and take care of all kinds of problems. I especially thank AMR EL DSOKY, MANAGER SHAKER, ABDULLAH and all the staff literally looked into my eyes and were surprised how they could please me. I had reserved a room for 1 day. I decided to stay for 5 more days. The hotel is in the center of the city, by the sea. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel staff is exceptional, they never missed a chance to ask whether we were happy with everything or needed anything (special thanks to Housekeeping Manager Ehab and Catering Manager Amr!) The housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned the room every day, replenished toiletries as well as the complimentary coffee sachets and bottled water supplies, replaced towels and bathrobes, etc. The breakfast was great, especially the aubergine and the fūl. There isn't a lot of variety from day to day, but you can always find something to satisfy your palate. The restaurant is highly recommended, their okra and vegetable with meat tagine is absolutely fantastic, not to mention unbeatable value for money. The hotel has no sandy beach, but you can just go to the beach next to the hotel if that's your thing, either for free or for some nominal entrance fee. Better yet, take a taxi and go to one of the popular public beaches (El Fanar Beach was our favorite, taxi from the pedestrian road sets you back $4-5, entry costs another $5). We really enjoyed the sun deck, you can actually see a good few dozen different kinds of colorful fish just snorkeling around in the shallow. On our very last day, I went for a last swim/snorkeling in the morning and saw an enormous giant barracuda, at least 1.5m long. Also, top notch drinks and hookah/shisha on the sun deck, perfect accompaniments for watching the sunset (pro tip: try the karkade, made of freshly picked hibiscus). The location is great, the hotel is the southernmost one in Na'ama Bay, so there's no through traffic, it's as quiet as it gets. There's a police plus a marine police station next to the hotel, so also super safe. Also, the largest and best grocery (and everything else) store we've seen (Fix Price) is about 4 minutes on foot.

The gym location looks fantastic (fully glazed, overlooking the sea and the bay), but never seems to have been open while we were there. The rooftop hot tubs are a great idea, but could have been even better if they were placed on the side facing the sea. Also, water in them takes a while to warm up, make sure to give a good few hours notice if you're planning on using them (as you should). Some finishings and fittings in the room are less than impeccable, but everything works just fine.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provided. I am pleased with the hotel accommodation, as it was generally clean, tastefully furnished, and well maintained. Nice buffet , friendly Staffs always salut with a smile from the cleaner , receptionists , head waiter Mr. AMR to the managers . I am so thankful, and I really recommend it.
