Superb Apartments attached to the Mid Valley Megamall which is accessed in about 7-8 mins walking via the footbridge. The apartments are a really nice size that easily fit 5 of us albeit with one sleeping on the sofa. Then there's that pool which is just stunning - on the 40th floor with incredible views over KL. Unfortunately it's not facing KLCC so you can't see the Petronas lit up at night but it's still amazing. This is our 2nd stay here as it's perfect for the family to relax and conveniently located so that we can see family easily. The kids loved watching the monitor lizards and otters playing in the Klang River from the footbridge over to the mall as well!

Even though it's attached to so many malls it doesn't have any easy access to restaurants outside the mall. We missed not being able to go and get roti. Everything is a Grab drive away. Plus they have moved the gym from the 40th floor to the 1st floor which isn't great as it had such a wonderful view up there.

Shout out to the Viaa Residences staff, team and also Five Senses! I was there for the long weekend since it was our Agung's birthday! I usually work from home and needed a short few days away to relax, revive and jus do nothing. I like its privacy, comfortability and also that it's close and near places where i could get some food and be able to take the train to move around town. I did not want to leave. Tandaa Nokttah

There's nothing to not like, but maybe the last night i stayed and extended in the morning and made payment early, the doorbell rang at 12pm. Staff asked me whether i was extending. Communication between them was not prompt. Reception was already informed via whatsaap but did not update the team. I would rather them just call or msg me on my phone to check. Tq

The location was great, short walking distance to the malls and LRT. Quite central to few areas too. Staff was exceptional and very patient. We've had to request several things during the stay yet the staff was so accommodating. We ran out of toilet paper but the staff was super prompt to provide more toilet papers. We had an incident where the bathroom door was stucked and ended up there was a toy in the door lock. The staff came to the rescue and fixed the issue. Staff was very punctual delivering the breakfast.

Bathroom was not 100% clean, have had bunch of hair in the shower. There was no instruction or note of some sort to indicate which power is for which facility. We ended up having cold shower the first night but figured out the next day. The ceiling fan was not faulty but luckily there were air conditioning to cool the room.

Great location, good security, staff always available to help. Check-in was made very easy with the help of the desk staff and the same with check out.The accommodation was clean, very functional, and comfortable. Located close to two major malls, it is also perfect to explore the city with its connections to the rail network (MRT) and plenty of Grabs, Taxi's and Busses available locally.

Pool aria is supper with view and full relaxing vibe. Space and the facilities inside the apartment also very good.

There wasn’t room service for people who stay there short time . They provide only after one week . And also they didn’t help to checking with luggages , They behaved like if you want a help done it by your self , we are not here to help you . And there wasn’t telephone inside the the appointment.

We loved the pool, the views, the location with proximity to the mall and easy access to Bangsar and public transport. The appartment was perfect. Great beds, bathrooms, and really nice furniture.

When staying more than 4 days, there should be housekeeping services offered. We had to ask for that but it was then taken care of. We loved the pool but did find the water a little too cold for us.

Straight forward , easy to understand and quick to check in and out. Great pool for use and nice spacious apartment

Only negative is the bridge to the mall only opens at 6am, which makes it hard to get to the other side around 5am if you want to walk. Grab is the only way to get that side early in the morning.

The location is very convenient, easily accessible to the 3 shopping malls & MRT station. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment was modern and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The panoramic city views were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the rooftop infinity pool was a highlight. Having a washer and dryer added extra convenience.

None-we like the location and extended our stayed.

room this time did not have a drying rack so had to improvise after doing laundry. not sure in a hotel with so many rooms why we have had to have people occupy the room right next door. Opposite room layouts make it manageable, but really risky of they were loud. just put people down either end of the hall, most rooms were empty

The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a washer/dryer and basic kitchen appliances. The location was great, within walking distance to Mid Valley Megamall. Check-in was convenient with reception/security desk before 10pm.

Shower cubicle wasn't properly cleaned. Parking on the 7th level took some getting used to and cost RM15 per day.
