It is close to all the attractions that we wanted to participate in. I liked our room we had a beautiful view of the mountains. I also liked the indoor and outdoor pools.

The beds are not comfortable. Would like to have softer beds they are way too hard. Our backs were hurting us.

Room was extremely clean! (The carpets were even steam cleaned the day we checked in.) Our room faced the back of the hotel and it was quiet! Breakfast was very good! Front desk was friendly!

No bathroom fan.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It sits between the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge and The Lost Mine Mountain Coaster/ mini golf attraction on Teaster Lane. The Incredible Christmas store, The Island, and many other attractions, shopping, and restaurants are all close by. Downtown Gatlinburg is 9 miles away and The Smokey Mountain Parkway is a short 17-mile drive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel considering it is a pet-friendly facility. The pet fee for our chihuahua and cat was only $75 total for the 5 days and I liked that no one would come into your room without a prior arrangement with the staff. No chance of our pets running out of the room and down the hall! I loved the free parking, decent self-serve hot breakfast, or yogurts, fruit, cereal, and pastries, and that they had 2 flavors of waffles that you can make with the waffle maker. The staff was quick to refill the food when low and were friendly. Our family of 5 plus a cat and a small dog stayed comfortably in a double Queen suite with a sleeper sofa. The room had everything we needed...microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, fireplace, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap. You can help yourself to 24-hour coffee in the lobby and relax at either the cozy, living room-like indoor fireplace, or sit on the rocking chairs near the outdoor fireplace. Just ask the front desk to turn it on for you if it's off. They had a large, very hot outdoor jacuzzi, a fun splash pad(outdoors), an indoor and outdoor heated pool, and a small gym including a weight set open until 11 pm. The staff was pleasant, eager to assist you, and professional. If traveling with pets, I would highly recommend it.

The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure but was sufficient. A/C could have been better. The beds were comfortable enough, but not the same quality as a Hilton

We loved the location, the wrap around porch with rocking chairs and fire place. The breakfast was good.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the indoor pool was ice cold and the beds were a little hard. But overall, it was great.

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed for 4 nights.We stayed here on short notice because the original hotel we booked was not up to par by anyone's standards. When we arrived, this place was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, no issues with that, they readily responded with any requests like additional towels, etc.. Their pool is very nice. They also have a splash pad for smaller kids which I believe is amazing. The breakfast was great every morning. I'm glad we did not give in and stay at the other place because we had a great time here. I am not a smoker, but one of the people we were traveling with is. They have a designated smoking area that is comfortable with seating and a good view for smokers, unlike a lot of places where they have to stand in the parking lot in the corner with no chairs. The property is on a road that is not nearly as busy as the main road with all of the shows and activities which is nice because it is close enough to walk to anything you want to do, but also easily accessible without a lot of traffic. I would definitely recommend!

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like.

It was right in the middle of everything that we did, the baseball fields were within 1 miles from the hotel.

We were very pleased but the property does need to be updated and we had read on other previous post that this property was going to be updated this Fall so we didn’t expect it to be a new property. The staff was very accommodating and checked on us while we were there. The furniture was dated but the room was very clean as most Hampton Inn usually are.

At booking I wasn’t aware the facility was pet friendly.

The room was great! Everything was clean and orderly. We also enjoyed the common areas of the hotel.

The laundry facilities had only 1 washer and 1 dryer. This made it a bit challenging to do several loads of laundry.

The facilities was clean, breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Great location and lots of parking. We enjoyed the lobby sitting area with the big TV and fireplace. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area with fireplace. After getting soaked at Dollywood from the rain we got pizza and brought it back and enjoyed having a nice dining area to all eat together. It is a pet friendly hotel and we enjoyed seeing all of the furry friends but we never heard them as it was very quiet.

One of the two elevators broke the last night we were there so waiting on one elevator wasn’t much fun but we understand things will happen. Other than that everything was great.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, fresh and had modern features like USB sockets which we really appreciated. We even used the indoor pool and gym and it was very clean and in excellent condition, which when spending money on accommodation, is important to us. Thank you for making our study so great. We are unable to find any fault or bad things. After coming from the Hampton Inn at Irondale, which was not as modern or clean, there is no fault with this Hotel. In fact you redeemed yourselves by having such a great quality Hotel at Pigeon Forge. Thank you.
