We are return guests to this hotel. We were pleased this time to get a free upgrade to Half Board Plus (drinks with evening meal) and were given a room in the area we requested. The rooms are a great size which really adds to the comfort and provides the space for a seating area. Balconies are also spacious. The food is great - particularly the salad selection. We also like the location of the hotel at the end of the strip and close to the bus stop. As we were on a longish trip we used the washing machine and dryer which is a very useful facility. We noticed small changes, i.e. coffee, water in reception and water for all in the dining room at dinner, and a la carte offering. The hotel appears to be seeking to improve their facilities where they can.

A small niggle is that the extractor fans for the kitchen were noisy at times - one had a distinct annoying squeak. Regular maintenance would help? In the longer term, as non-smokers we would appreciate it if the hotel could consider having non-smoking blocks so that annoyance from smoke on the balconies may be reduced.

It was the second time we have stayed here. It is not without reason that we came back. The hotel has everything for the perfect family holiday. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and everywhere in the complex is cleaned exceptionally well. There is a lot of entertainment for the children, the buffet is tasty and varied, and the location is good. The service and customer friendliness are unprecedented. The catering staff in particular work very hard and deserve recognition because they still manage to do the tough and hard work with a smile.

Large room, with terrace/ balcony in a villa with only one floor; silent location, good for relaxation; Pool, gym, bar, restaurant, non stop reception; nice, green gardens; Walking distance to the city center, harbour; just 4 minutes walking distance to the bus for the Dunas or Puerto del Rosario; close to supermarkets, commercial center, restaurants, bars; good dinner, variety of foods, drinks (water, juice, soda, wine, beer) included in the halfboard option

Breakfast options were not that diversified as the ones for dinner; No toilet amenities, just a soap and some shower gel/shampoo in the shower cabin

One paticular bar staff member was quite rude low sized with mustache, he needs to calm down a bit, i remember one nite when hotel manager was there he changed and then was lovely. Hotel may need to be updated i know that can be difficult. Also i would change breakfast time to 7am maybe 7.30, 8am is to late

Every member of the staff was amazing, so helpful. Room spacious cleaned every day. Loved the quiet area to sunbathe.

The food was a little disappointing on an AL . Breakfast & Lunch was good, evening meals disappointing, not a lot of choice, very repetitive. Great if you wanted pizzas & salads. Evening entertainment is not good. The bar man worked most nights on his own rushed of his feet. Ques for drinks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the strip . We ate out a couple of nights. It's very cheap to eat out. I would definitely return to the hotel for the staff rooms location only on BB base.

Firstly, very international: you get to see people from all over Europe and the staff are multi-lingual; speak French, English, Spanish, Italien, German. And they are ever smiling, always happy to help. The room is quite spacious, I must say. The room was promptly cleaned every day without fail, be it you hang the "please clean" sign at morning, noon, or evening. Really liked the quality of service. They provide multitude options of food and are delicious too. They have two very nice pools, and in the mail pool, there are always activities organized: play in the pool, yoga, fitness sessions, etc. We felt that if someone is looking for a relaxed vacation and wishes to stay indoors, then this is one of the perfect places. There is good food. Activities. Pools. Sure, will be a good time spent. And location is very good also for who doesn't rent a car. Close to the bus stop (less than 5min walking) and walking distance to the center of Corralejos (beaches, restaurants, bars, and shoppings).

Only the water was over flowing in the bathroom. The shower area is not completely close, and the floor is a bit instable. What makes the water spread on the floor outside.

This is my 8th time of staying, so I obviously like the hotel. Breakfast choices are plentiful. The rooms are a good size with good facilities, the hotels also ina good location. Also Ali did a great job of looking after me and my son.

The rooms need a bit of TLC paint peeling in the bathroom. Dinner choices were very limited, so we are out almost every night. The bali beds were not used so were taking up valuable space The hotel has changed very crowded around the pool area, umbrellas and sunbeds need replacing as most umbrellas were broken. I'm not sure I'll be back which is shame as I used to love this hotel.

Beautiful and spacious rooms Nice swimming pool area (however the towel reservation & fight for spot starts at early morning) Good breakfast & dinner buffet options (just look understaffed, that caused cues and lack of dishes) Reception staff were amazing, super helpful and kind. Nice and well equipped gym.

Some of restaurant staff were stressed, rude and impolite. Location is quite far from the beach, no shuttle (you can take the public bus). The massage & the spa was very basic, would not recommend. Wifi was very bad, barely working.

The staff were all so very nice and extremely helpful. From reception to cleaning staff, maintenance, restaurant and animation teams.... everyone was so friendly. The food at every meal was excellent. There is plenty of choice with lots of healthy options to choose from, too. The activities provided for families were great with something for everyone.

The rooms were old. Beds uncomfortable and bathroom smelled damp. Also we found a dead mouse on our patio area one morning. When we reported it to reception they had it removed straight away.
