The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool bar food was lovely

Rooms were cleaned and towels changed only once in twelve nights. I thought this really wasn't good enough for the price we paid.

I love the location , I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years. It’s basic accommodation , and has all the amenities of a 5 star . The staff are very friendly . The property is clean and very well ran

The cleaners only call once a week , you can pay extra but sure if you were at home you’d have to clean up after yourself 😀 .

The location is perfect for those who prefer to visit the old town and local bars and restaurants. There are some really nice cafes close by also. The staff from all areas are very pleasant and helpful. I would like to give a special mention this time to the girls on reception in particular Evelyn who went way above and beyond in helping us when we could not get transport to the airport on our departure. We would not have been able to make our flight home without her. She was our guardian angel,and went out of her way to resolve a quiet stressful situation. Considering at the time the staff on the desk were having quiet a stressful time themselves dealing with some particularly difficult guests. I have stayed here many times and always found ALL of the staff to be helpful and respectful. They will do their best to help make you vacation pleasant ,and deserve the guests respect in return. Looking forward to going back.

It's 3 star. Some areas could do with a little bit of a touching up. Also the traffic diversions in place at the moment are effecting the sea view apartments quality due to the noise. But hopefully the work causing the diversions will end soon and the sea can be heard again. The shower pressure was up and down. But there are major works being carried out on the water supply. So no fault of the hotel.

I'm sure like many people, I was a bit concerned booking this property due to some very poor reviews....Completely the opposite, yes it's not 5 star, could do with a bit of maintenance here and there, but overall, it certainly exceeded my expectations. Staff at check in - efficient Rooms are clean, kitchen has all the equipment you need The Pool area is very clean, the pool bar excellent - best breakfast we had in our 6 day stay, Danny is very friendly The Bar in the evenings, great atmosphere...Carlos and Andrea the staff were great, very friendly Supermarket onsite, extremely well stocked and very reasonably priced The Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the main strip/music square Would definitely stay here again, so ignore all the poor reviews and try it, you won't be dissapointed.....

The location is ideal for short walk into old town an Harbour area. close by to large Supermarket as well as sea front location. Service at pool bar & Salon bar was very good & friendly ( both areas are NOT staffed by hotel they are leased )

The time for check in isn't until late afternoon 5pm , lack of staff at reception when coaches come in not ideal for morning flight guests . Only one room clean over 9 nights , we had our room cleaned on second day then no more throughout the stay, although we wasn't in need of additional cleaning what we did require was another set of clean towels ,we asked for was clean towels , we was told if required more we would need to be paid for , even though we was handing back the old ones to swap with, as room clean had already been completed ( 2 days after arrival) Additional key would have been ideal for a room for 4 but again told , if Additional key is required payment as well as deposit would be needed.

Location was perfect, facing over the beautiful blue sea looking on to Lanzarote, apartment was lovely, clean and we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday, cleaned regularly and nice clean towels twice during our week's stay, lovely complex with beautiful pool areas and a pool bar where prices were very reasonable, daytime entertainment too, food was amazing too, night time entertainment in indoor bar and lounge, lovely wee shop inside too for everything you need, very friendly staff in all areas. Would highly recommend and would definitely return

Late check in, although it was fine for us as we didn't arrive until 7.30pm, but with check in being at 5pm, it's not so good if we had been on an earlier flight

Sometimes the behavior of some people (British of course!) around the pool bar, especially after they had obviously had a few to drink, e.g. loud and foul language, one man seemed to think that he had to "entertain" everyone else. These people should be refused further service of alcohol and asked to leave, or told to quieten down, fortunately no children were present. Last Sunday night 3/03/24 in the bar karioki, one man was obviously drunk dancing to the music, and making obscene language and gestures, Yet another example of how some British tourists behave. I left. The DJ in charge of the karioki should have tactfully intervened instead of laughing along with it. Well, You asked for my comments!

The room was very spacious with a very large balcony area. A great view of the ocean. Large clean well organised pool area. No mad rush for sun beds theybcan be reserved from 845 ish. On site shop not to pricey. Very helpful staff.

It didn't bother us, but the walk to town is either uphill or along the harbour walkway. It's an enjoyable walk but may be too much for anyone with walking issues. Again we didn't mind the fact that there's no pubs or restaurants closer than a 15 min brisk walk away but it may effect others that want amenities closer. There is an onside pub that looked always looked lively but we never used it, preferring the walk to town.

Lovely big comfy bed in room and plenty of space, we had a sea view room and had sun from early afternoon on balcony, could watch the boats and surfers. Nice walk along front into town or a quick cut through back roads. Tv in living room and bedroom and big shower. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds, most looked new. Bar is great with plenty of choice and food till 6pm, closed at 8pm. Was warm in room at night so we hired a fan, only thing was it was on a timer so went off every 2 hours and woke rather warm!

Nothing, amazing value and great location.

They gave me a double bed at request and it was so comfy! The balcony was massive. Staff absolutely lovely and the pool was really nice. There is a shop on site that sells fresh bread every morning! the location was pretty good with the music square being 15 mins walk away & the same with the harbour. Bar staff were always jolly and the food at pool bar was really nice! the karaoke bar was lots of fun. 100% would stay here again as it was such good value for money!

€15 PER HOUR to keep room on if late flight, seems on the steep side considering the most I’ve paid for 4 hours was £30. Kitchen facilities were basic but we didn’t mind that although an oven would have been handy.
