Wonderful enormous suite at top of 12th C building, perfect location to explore Pisa, breakfast vouchers for guests via nearby Cavalieri speciality coffee shop, excellent food/drinks. Short stroll to Piazza dei Cavalieri, the second main square of the city. The Cathedral & learning tower area are packed all day but walk up after dinner, istunning and much quieter. Avoid the 'plastic menu alley' adjacent to Leaning Tower and go to a real gem, S Omobono trattoria, in an old church with a Roman column and capital bang in the middle. Book ahead, it's tiny but excellent.

Nothing to dislike, we adored the spacious accommodation and seeing Nicol's artwork all around. Great base for 4 days, tours, walking around and we hired e-bikes to do the 20 mile round trip to Port of Pisa and lunch by sea.

Very clean room and bath. Good location to Tower. Very nice host. She let us leave our bags for the morning while we toured Pisa after checking out. Felt safe in neighborhood. Room and bathroom were just as pictures depicted.

Lighting when entering the property was not good. We entered late at night and the lobby had no lights. We had to use the flashlights on our phones until we entered upstairs where our room was. When we entered that lobby upstairs, a light turned on upon our entrance to the room. Had there not been a lighting issue upon entering the building, I would have given it 10*. If you are arriving and leaving during daylight hours, this is a non-issue.

Nioletta gave us excellent instructions to get into the apartment. She was so helpful in answering any questions that we had very quick responses from WhatApp. We had a view of Pisa from our room, which was great!! The bedroom and bathroom were a perfect size, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was brilliant so close to everything and easy to get to. We were offered a discount at a local restaurant for breakfast, which was really nice Nioletta was so helpful on the last day and helped us book a taxi. Great hospitality and a great apartment? We would definitely return.

Everything. Bedroom lovely, we had the Delux one so it had an additional room so we had lots of space. Very easy check in. A few minutes stroll to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Walking distance to the Train Station without luggage. The premises was extremely secure and we felt very safe there. Nicol was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us on our return to the airport. Tea/Coffee making facilites, croissant :-), fridge in the room. We loved everything about it. The decor was very arty and busy and would put a smile on our faces each time we entered the room. The bedroom is in a magnificent old house. We did try the nearby Cafe for breakfast (10% discount offered) but there are plenty of other places around as this Cafe, while very tasty, was expensive for what for what we got.

Elegant 4 bedroom third floor accommodation; we had the suite which was a large bedroom and huge spa-like bathroom. Nicole was super helpful. The breakfast coupons for a nearby cafe were a treat. Great location (quiet but just blocks from all the restaurants and the Tower plaza). We would stay here again. Taxi from airport about $15; to railway when we left was $12 which seemed high for a short ride. Took the train (walked to closer stop) to Lucca for a day; highly recommended

Although understandable, this is a self check in place. Nicole sends very clear directions, but it was initially odd to get off an elevator and unlock the door to an empty living room; we never met any of the guests in the other bedrooms.

This was the best property and location with the most helpful host! The room is so spacious and the bathroom is amazing. 😍 Location is right near tourist attractions like the tower and cathedral as well as some impressive squares. Host Nicol provided fantastic restaurant recs. Some of our best meals while in Italy. If we come to Pisa again, this will be our place! Oh yes, and this is an old building with a lift!!

It was in the heart of Pisa with a view of the tower. Super old building that has been updated and the individual apartments are great! A beautiful walk to the tower and many restaurants!

If you have a car, you need to park it a fair ways away since the suite is within the heritage site, but totally worth it. The host even suggests a free parking spot which was awesome! Just he prepared to walk about 10 minutes with your luggage.

The location is very central and our room had a view of the leaning tower. We managed to park right outside the property and had clear instructions for self check in. The owner issued a discount card for a cafe on the street corner which served an excellent breakfast.

We had a room with a single bed upstairs which was unique but a bit of a challenge for our 12 year old son due to the height constraints.

The location is simply the best: cca 5 minutes to the Tower (and Botanical Institute - a wonderful quiet garden), 10 minutes to the Arno River, 20 minutes to the Pisa Station. All by foot, easy walk, on flat ground and picturesque streets (wonderful old buildings everywhere). Nearby there are a lot of places with good food and coffee, supermarkets and all kind of other shops. (We had an unexpected problem with our luggage, and were able to buy a new troller nearby, at a very good price). The room was spacious, with huge bathroom. Extremely comfortable. The bed and mattress were perfect for us. We had a very good sleep, and this was very important after so many hours of walking. The building has a great architecture, and we learned that it was built in the 1700`s. And now has all modern appliances (the AC worked wonderful - in august). The host, Nicol, was very communicative and helpful with everything, and did us a favor regarding our luggage. Thanks again, Nicol!
