I was a solo traveller and whilst I was only staying one night, I did take a lot of time researching where I would like to stay so that I was in convenient proximity to the train station, airport and all the sightseeing. I was absolutely delighted with my choice. The room was everything I expected and Francesca was absolutely delightful, extremely helpful and made my short stay totally complete. Should I need to stay in Pisa again I will undoubtedly book a room here.

Absolutely nothing… Everything was exactly as described (if not better!) and it was very close to the sightseeing attractions yet tucked away in a quiet street. Excellent location.

Fabulous B&B in the centre of Pisa. Great location with a lovely square outside with a restaurant and shops. Only a short walk to the Tower and Cathedral and there are endless restaurants and shops along the way. The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Staff arranged airport taxis for us which was great. The room - for 2 adults and 2 children was spacious, clean and overlooked the square which was lovely. The breakfast was continental and had a great choice.

The B&B itself we found difficult to find. We used our sat nav and found the street but it did not take us directly to the B&B so we had to ask around as the plaque outside the door is very small and easily missed. There were some parts of the B&B that could do with a touch up of paint but this is being very critical.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, a 5-minute walk from the leaning tower of Pisa, and within easy walking distance of everything. The room was spacious equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was big and comfortable. The surrounding area was nice and we felt secure at all time in this all code-accessed facility. A beautiful and delicious buffet style breakfast was served everyday in a lovely open area overlooking the courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s rare for us to stay at a place where everything was great and we had nothing negative to mention.

The location of this property is great, right in the centre and only a few minutes walk from the Tower of Pisa. Staff are amazing and as our room wasn’t quite ready Sonia recommended a lovely little coffee shop opposite the Tower which was great for our breakfast after travelling from Florence! We only stayed one night and the breakfast the following morning was plentiful with a lovely lady who looked after us well. Don’t hesitate to book this little hotel if you want to be in a fantastic location!

This is a gorgeous property in an excellent location on a small square just off a main street very close to the tower. Lovely garden and option to eat breakfast there - and a great selection offered for breakfast. Our initial room overlooked the square and was very spacious and well presented. Due to an issue with the aircon, we were quickly offered another room which was even lovelier overlooking the garden. Owner was fantastic and allowed us to check in early and gave us a map and lots of useful information about the area. Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Pisa.

Nothing. Problem with the aircon was addressed quickly and as it had to be investigated we were promptly given an alternative room - could not have asked for any better.

Excellent B&B! Wonderful staff that made us feel at home. The location is perfect, walking distance to loads of place, lots of restaurants nearby and even a little park right next where you can enjoy some gelato. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, we had everything we needed. The interior garden was also lovely and a great plus for us as a bigger group also travelling with kids. Highly recommend and if we ever come back to Pisa this is where we will be staying!

A great location, very close to the Leaning Tower Piazza but also at the quiet secluded end of the general area, so a little haven of peace away from the tourist thoroughfare. Good facilities in the room with real coffee and nice toiletries. Lovely customer service and communications with Francesca who was very helpful and flexible with our delayed check-in. Having breakfast in the garden was a very pleasant setup, with the breakfast itself being a simple but sufficient continental breakfast. All in all a little gem of a discovery and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, and Sonia was so welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and airy with windows onto the courtyard garden. The location was fantastic for access to the tower and cathedral along with nearby restaurants and shops. Pisa is so much more than this, though, and worth spending time exploring all the little streets and piazzas. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out and Sonia kindly booked us a taxi to the train station for our travels to our next location. Thank you for having us to stay.

Sonia was super helpful and kind, we could check-in earlier as we arrived by a morning flight. She also helped us with some tips about the city and sights. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, great selection of food. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and quiet with good facilities. The location cannot be better, very close to the Leaning Tower (5 min on foot).

Small thing (so more just a suggestion for the future), a holder for toliletries would be nice in the shower. Otherwise, all is good! :)

We found the place really easy, not sure why some people had issues locating it since Google maps takes you exactly there and the number on Booking is written on the wall as well as the name of the place at the intercom. Once we got in, the person there gave us a card and showed us the way to the parking which was large enough for our Lancia rental car. Then we were given a code to access the room and the hotel late at night. The room was clean and spacious. She offered us a breakfast for 10 euro and it was delicious with plenty of items to choose from. Her recommendation for pizza restaurants didn't disappoint either, it was amazing. All in all, a great experience for the night we stayed in Pisa before our flight back.

The only downside was the noise, at 6am I think due to people showering, the water made a really spooky sound that wouldn't let me go back to sleep, so be sure to get some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I don't think it is enough reason to give it a 9 since it didn't ruin my 8 hour sleep.
