I like the location on the east side of Railay. The staff are really nice and very friendly. It was my second stay here in two years. This stay I took the standard room but prefer the superior room I had stayed in the year before. It's worth paying that small amount extra for the superior room. We arrived a day late and they adjusted our check out date to a day later than our booking so we didn't loose the day we had already paid for. That was unexpected and much appreciated 👏 😊. I would definitely stay here again!!

Location was perfect as away from the lively side but all within 10/15 minutes walking distance. Right on the beach, lovely rooms. Staff were great

How steep the rooms were, don't stay here if your not very mobile or have breathing difficulties. We we're put in one of the steepest rooms, but I refused to stay as I have COPD. It would have killed me. The staff moved us to one of the lower level rooms without any bother at all. The biggest negative I will say is the pool looked like a ghost town, the pool itself was great but no bar was open and didn't look like it's Bern open for months and the toilets were absolutely disgusting full to the brim with poo that definitely hadn't just happened, looked like they had not been cleaned for years.

Great location on Railay, walking to beaches on both sides are very nice. Rooms are not bad, may have seen some years, but maintained okay. Worked out for our family. Breakfast included was very nice. Cafeteria offers very good food throughout the day, we ate there multiple times, kids enjoyed it too. Pool was enjoyable also.

For the most part, it is clean, just feels a bit old and needs some update. Bed could be upgraded for sure, spring mattress was a little rough…but our family are okay with them, I can see why others would complain about it though.

The rooms were traditional in style with a 'wet room' style bathroom. We had a partial view of the mountains from our balcony. The staff were amazing and helped us when my son was ill. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was great and the restaurant had a great view of the sea. Shops, bars and restaurant were within walking distance. When they ran out of food at breakfast, they made a fresh batch straight away. There were tortoises and chickens roaming around the communal ground which was lovely.

Stayed there 3 times and will again. However, this is a review of Booking.com. I tried to write you on Facebook, not sure it is really an official page of Booking, you ought to check that. Furhermore… check on Pink Oyo at KohLanta. People are getting scammed and that is obvious via the recent reviews. Why WHY THE F…. don’t Booking.com react at such rwviews??? I just passed and a girl had paid for 22 nights! and now will just loose those money…. she was in pieces, not a rich girl from a rich country! I have aleays trusted Booking, what is happening to you? STOP letting custumers get cheated, STOP NOW everything with Pink Oyo at Koh Lanta. Now!

Great location close to everything but not the noisy party zones. Beautiful lush tropical gardens around the bungalows with good lighting in the night. Breakfast was great and I could refill our coffee & tea myself. It was the only place I found just a regular black steeped tea. The staff were all very friendly & helpful & made sure to top up our towels, water & coffee everyday. The pool was very clean. Beach out front not good for swimming but great beaches a short interesting walk away.

Amazing location and views, great breakfast buffet, and lovely little pool. The property is a short walk from East Railay floating pier, it has a pool area with loungers and giant tortoises living in the lovely gardens. Rooms are dated and beds are hard but that seems usual in Asia. The rooms have a kettle, fridge, ac and fan and there is a seating area outside .

Some areas of the property are quite run down which is a shame because the location and views are excellent.

Old resort but perfect for a short stay in Railay. Away from the main waking street but easy walk. Staff are nice. Breakfast is simple but good. They have baby turtles, a parrot, chickens and large turtles on site which was great!

No hand soap or tissues in the room and fridge was like a motor. Bathroom floor is made of stones so have to be careful.

We spent only 1 night in Railay Viewpoint Resort. We were satisfied with everything. They replied fast for my message one day before the booked date. The check-in was fast and we were very suprised when they said that our room is already ready. It was about 11 am. The pool was very good, amazing view, optimal temperature. The breakfast was delcious. Their restaurant is just a few meters far from the sea, the view was beautiful from there. They towel was the softest I have ever used in a hotel. We would choose this accomodation again.

If I want to find something I did not like that was the absence of coffee in the room. I like to drink a coffee asap when I wake up. :)

I was worried about staying at this hotel because of the previous feedback. And I really can't complain about anything. It is not a luxury resort, it's is basic, comfortable, clean. 10 minutes walking from the famous beautiful Raley Est. Probably the rooms need renovation but everything was great. Ac + refrigerator available. The breakfast buffet was really good, mostly thai style. Little swimming pool available. The staff was kind and helpful. On the checkout day, I could drop off my luggage to go for a swim before to take the ferry, and they let me use a shower.
