What can I say, such a beautiful property, great welcome from the host, lemon drizzle cake, and processo with lovely fresh farm eggs. Absolutely everything you need on hand such a peaceful area, but not far from local shops. We had a great time here, and each day coming back from our travels felt so relaxing. Would definitely be back. It's just a shame we didn't book a week x We came to do the Coo trail, and the smiddy was a great base to get us started. Thank you so much for the welcome note that was so kind.
There's not much to say, really, just the sofas could do with a grip underneath.

The property is excellent; very clean, smart and capable of hosting four people with ease. Communication with the owner was first-class and we intend to visit again. It is a great base from which to investigate many areas of Scotland, especially with the train station at Gleneagles located just two miles down the road (you can even get to London directly from there!).
Nothing of note; unfortunately, the predicted bad weather of Storm Babet meant that we had to terminate our break earlier than expected but we will be back!

Great property. Nice and quiet and plenty of space inside. Well furnished and nicely decorated. We would certainly use again when we return to Scotland.
Property was a little hard to find. The owner sent through the postcode before our arrival and we entered this into the Sat Nav
