Friendly staff. Centrally located. Goodie bags to go were a great touch for snacking while out & about: whole wheat bagel w/ Pnut butter & jelly, bottle of water & apple. Typically breakfast fare, they do rotate offerings somewhat from day to day

24/7 coffee was old, maybe leftover from breakfast . Dark roast was undrinkable after long day out. Light roast was about the same. Both temperatures of coffee was tepid. Perhaps it was due to not being so busy and not a lot of demand for afternoon/ evening coffee

The breakfast was amazing and the location was nice. The staff were very nice. This location had the best beds by far.

The only thing was that when we first checked in, the room smelled. I went downstairs, and they switched me to a different room. Great service.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and we come back every year for our annual Acadia trip.

The staff were so kind and friendly and attentive to our needs. Thanks for the cute otter too! We loved the breakfast, especially the waffles with strawberry and whipped cream. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean and the room was very quiet. The air quality was very good too.

Location is unbeatable. Minutes from two large supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast was very good. Dinning room very spacious and always clean. Staff was believably helpful and accommodating. Gym small but well equipped. Digital key is a blessing.

Pool very small. Only 1 Elevator. TV too small for 2022.... Room decor requires a refresh/update.

Nice big clean room with comfortable beds. TV that had lots of stations and a movie channel!! Enjoyed a movie. Nice to have breakfast that started early 6am with large generous selection of items.

No "free" bottle of h2o and pool was small and so full of young ones, there was no way I could have comfortably gotten a swim in.

The service was really good, and the coffee in the lobby 24 hours also a pleasant touch. The room was comfortable as well as the beds. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, and the fitness room was adequate. Great location for visiting Acadia national park. The breakfast was also nice and plenty of options.

Front desk was excellent, especially with restaurant recommendations. Good breakfasts or well staffed. All day availability of coffee and tea. Much appreciate it.

It is a nice, cozy hotel. Its rooms are spacious, and their beds are really comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to accomodate our needs. Breakfast was good enough. It is definitely a place to stay if you are visiting Maine.
