The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast started at 7am and was delicious. The air conditioning worked well and I could open the windows for fresh air. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. A previous review mentions that there is no USB port by the bed for charging. While this is true, there is a USB port on the TV that can be used for charging. Very close to Marble Arch Underground station. My room was more than big enough for one person for 2 nights.

I would suggest an additional trash can in the room or visible somewhere in the lobby or halls. There was only a small bathroom trash that wasn’t big enough for things like empty water bottles and the other random trash that one collects as a tourist.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home Grown, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in the heart of London, this boutique hotel offers a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and exclusivity that sets it apart from other accommodations in the city.

However, my main issue was with the room assignment. We were accommodated in an accessible (disabled) room, which was not what we had booked. While I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to be inclusive, the room was not ideal for us. The toilet and bathroom setup were designed for accessibility, which is great for those who need it but was less comfortable for us. The facilities were functional but not as convenient or comfortable as a standard room would have been.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast staff were so friendly and generous. Desk staff were receptive to comments. The decor is absolutely stylish - very happy with that. Great shower. Comfy bed. And was that Matt Berry's voice in the lift?? Very tasty breakfasts.

Bit of a cramped room, but it's fine as a crash pad. There was - every few minutes - a high pitched sound, coming from the Aircon?? It was frequent enough that I could record it and play it back on checkout, so they could hear it (feedback received with a very good attitude and a promise to fix). Woke me up a few times. That's pretty much it though.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore popular landmarks, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were fantastic – spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite being in such a central area, the room was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. The staff were another highlight of my stay. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. And the breakfast – simply amazing! A wide variety of choices, from fresh pastries and fruit to made-to-order hot dishes. The quality of the food was top-notch. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, service, and convenience in the heart of London. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a weekend break for my daughter to visit BST Hyde park. My wife and I did not go to this but just done the London Sightseeing. We also took our two Cavapoochons with us. They were very welcome to stay also, Wow thankyou. We had two rooms booked being to a high standard. Our room on the first floor and my daughters on the third(Lift available) Set just a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park. We did not have breakfast as our pets were not allowed in the restaurant, so can’t comment on the food. We were made very welcome with all staff being pleasant. We shall return, thank you.

Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

Loved the style and vibe of the building. Bar staff were especially nice - professional but fun as well and they checked and cleared the bar area continuously. Quality of bar snack food was good - tasty and served nicely. Style of bedroom was chic and thought the use and adaptation of the other communal spaces was very well done. Great use of space and thoughtful touches. Location was brilliant.

Disappointing that discounted access to a nearby carpark was not properly explained with confirmation of my booking. I emailed and telephoned the Club to ask for the address of the car park and proceeded to book online. As I had paid for the car park online/in advance I was not then able to obtain the £15 discount retrospectively. This needs to be better explained.

First time staying here and was very pleased with it. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location too in Marylebone, a 2 minute walk from Marble Arch/Hyde Park.

The room was very small, but we knew that before went went and it really didn't matter for a 2 night stay. If you like more space though, make sure you book one of their bigger rooms.

We absolutely loved the decor which had lots of interest and the location, near to Marble Arch was just great, but quiet. It was all impressively clean and the fittings were up to date. We each had a room on the 4th floor and appreciated the air con and also the opening windows. The beds were extremely comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep. We did have to ask for a kettle for tea but it was freely supplied.

Apart from one shower which never really got above warm, there were no issues.

I loved the facilities, the price was more than fair, the location is ideal. The club feels homey, stylish, easy to work in. Everyone was helpful, friendly, helped facilitate my experience. When I couldn't find an easy place to work, a member of staff walked me around and showed me the nooks and crannies. Not snooty at all, as clubs could be, but warm and inviting. Well designed, even quirky in the best ways. I felt welcomed into a lovely and warm private space with ease. So easy and delightful to walk down into breakfast room, and have access to easy work spaces.

adapters/converters on hand for forgetful out-of-town guests to borrow please, maybe an umbrella or two ? :)

Beds were very comfortable and we had about 5 rooms for 10 of us. It was a good stay overall as the water pressure was good, had air-conditioning, TV was a bit small and lacked netflix or good channels - basically it had no useful channels but then again - don't go to London for TV - it would be great to have something to watch when resting from a full day of exploring. Breakfast also had good choices and my family used it a lot. The hotel is more of a private club so you would see a few local folks coming in and out of the hotel.

Rooms were small. Elevators took a while but wasn't that bad.
