Great location! Nice room but with a terrible view. Not like the picture on Booking :)

The allure of this room takes a dip when it comes to the shower experience. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of options for those who prefer to keep their hair dry. With no separate shower enclosure or adequate means of controlling water flow, attempting a "normal" shower quickly turns into a precarious balancing act, leaving you feeling more drenched than rejuvenated. The shower door seems to have a mind of its own, refusing to close properly and allowing water to escape with every turn of the faucet. The result? A bathroom floor that resembles a small lake after each use, requiring a strategic towel placement to navigate safely.

It's a very close walk to all attractions and Central Market. If we get tired, we can return to our room anytime. A lift is a plus. And the parking garage is nearby. Taking a short walk to Breakfast location is not bad, especially in the early morning hours you can take pictures of Duomo and Baptistry without tourists. We'd definitely come back if visited Florence again.

It's busy street with tourists outside the building. And the city cleaning crews might be noisy in the early morning. however, we did still sleep well.

Not so clean on the floor.

Press A at the intercom to speak to the reception and enter the building. Check in was easy and seamless, they were able to take the tourist accommodation tax via credit card. Breakfast was offsite and that we already knew about - I recommend going to the breakfast early because towards the end they stop refilling the food and shut down the coffee bar without much warning.

The location was wonderful and I felt so at home in my Donatello room. I hated to leave. The check I. Staff gave wonderful recommendations of places to visit and to eat. I enjoyed the relaxing breakfast at the restaurant they are partnered with each morning.

I am not a fan of rain shower shower heads and the bed could have been more comfortable. That of course is personal preference.

Great value for the money in Florence. Small, clean room, but large enough even for a family of five. Great buffet breakfast in a nearby great restaurant.

There was one minor thing that i didn't like, a bit to humid bathroom that already started to show some mold on the walls. Not problematic but for our stay, but could be on the longer therm.

The position and the space of the room were fabulous! Really is a great spot. And the view we had of the top of the duomo. It’s is very clean and the staff are really helpfull. Had tea and coffee and a kettle all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The entrance to the property is dirty and dusty and looked like no one cared: it’s a shame because the inside of the room though very brightly coloured was very nice: and very clean: the lift worked most of the time… it seems they are just finishing a renovation and they need some storage for toilet paper and things in the bathroom: but I would stay again!!!

The location, the apartment and the staff. The apartment was a stone's throw away from our doorstep, and within short walking distances to Palacio Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Plaza San Lorenzo, Academia of David and Mercato Central. The Santa Maria Della Novela church and train station are 10 minutes away. It's close to Plaza de República for shopping and the Carrefour express supermarket is literally just around the corner. The apartment was very spacious. Our room faced the courtyard but we had a window for natural light. And finally, the staff! They were all super nice and helpful, especially Ilenia who helped us book our day trip to San Gimingiano; as well as the ladies who tirelessly tidied up our room (Amsterdam) every single and regularly changed our linen and towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever returned to Florence.

The room was a bit dark.

Very good location, once you get to the main street the Florence cathedral (Duomo) is right there! Felt wonderful to stay close to this beautiful historic church. The railway station is a 10 minute walk. We walked to almost all the places. The rooms was cleaned everyday. There was no coffee available in the room. The breakfast cafe is about a 5 minute walk. It offered an amazing healthy 5 star breakfast with a variety of items from eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, pastries, cakes, fruit pie etc. freshly squeezed juice and coffee made to order.

The foyer and staircase leading to the apartment could use a little care. There was no elevator so carrying check in bags was not easy.

The location was amazing - a half block from the Duomo. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. The staff was very pleasant and was able to give us good information. I particularly want to give a shoutout to the young woman at the front desk (I wish I knew her name). Even though she had started working there only recently, she was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. It made our stay that much better! The breakfast buffet at a restaurant around the corner was a very good value (8 euro) - I wish we had done it every morning.

It was a little small for 3 of us but it was fine.
