Excellently located a few steps from the Duomo and other major landmarks. A great (huge) breakfast prepared to order.

Room was quite small, not able to wheel a suitcase between the bed and wall. We had a room with a view of the Duomo, which only achieved by leaning out of the window. The website pictures imply there is a roof terrace but actually that is only available to those staying in the penthouse suite, which was disappointing as the terrace was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I appreciate it is mentioned on the website but only if you really search for it!

Firstly Julia at reception! When we arrived, Julia was welcoming and lovely with a glass of processco offered. She went over in detail where we were on a map of Florence and what we might like, food shopping, etc. There are several cozy common spaces, beautifully decorated with free coffee for relaxing in and a complimentary happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, cold cuts, cheese boiled eggs, muesli, yogurt. fruit and pastries, etc. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated in an elegant, arsty way. Our room/bathroom while small (this we expected given the central city location) was delightful and well appointed. Location superb, we could see from our room the Duomo dome just one block over. In addition to Julia, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every way! Our stay was excellent in every measure. The staff were always excellent and happy to assist no matter the query. Room was incredible, a beautiful view from every aspect plus the rooftop terrace for enjoying the view even more. Breakfast was fantastic, and then you have their happy hour as well, a unique experience from such a hotel. The location is superb for exploring the city, right in the heart of Florence. Car parking was an excellent addition too, while costing 30 Euro a day, the hotel organised all for us, valeted the car and organised it to be returned to us upon checkout. They have created something different and totally special here. Couldn't recommend higher.

Nothing, totally exceptional.

We loved the central location. The staff were very helpful, recommending restaurants and sights, making a dinner reservation for us, arranging a cab to the airport, etc. The room had a great view out the window of the Duomo. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool despite warm outside temperatures. We didn’t hear any street noise which was great.

The water pressure for the shower and sink was terrible, just slightly more than a trickle so it was hard to have a proper shower. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they said it was a temporary problem in their neighbourhood which was being sorted out. Hopefully that’s the case.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arte Boutique Hotel in Florence, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The stuff was lovely The view from the room is beautiful but maybe not worth the price. Our experience wasnt bad at all but we were expecting a bit more, maybe thats our fault that we didnt do a proper research...

The pictures on booking are a bit misleading, the hotel is a part od old florence building so it pretty small, and i believe on the entrace it says it has only 3 stars while booking says 4, it was clean but i would say it could be even a little bit cleaner. What we were dissapointed the most is the breakfast, very poor choice.

The most beautiful hotel room! Perfect location conveniently walking distance to a lof of attractions. The terrace was spectacular and the service in the hotel excellent. We wish it would have been more than one night! Can’t rate the breakfast as we didn’t take it at the hotel.

Everything was exceptional but if we have to mention something that could be improve it’s the shower. The water pressure was almost inexistant and the water barely warm we didn’t mention it as it was only one night but pretty inconvenient if you stay longer. Especially you don’t expect that in such a perfect room.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Guilia and Bernadette, were friendly, helpful and always ready to help with any questions. Giulia was very knowledgeable about city restaurants and resources. We had a wonderful breakfast that was catered to our family every morning—fresh orange juice and cafes, no buffets with prepackaged options. In the evening, we had a wonderful quiet happy hour in a sun room away from the bustle of the day. Our room was a nice size for the three of us with a nice window and a large lovely bathroom. The staff often tried to help me speak my dated Italian. The hotel is centrally located and wonderful. Look no further, stay here!

Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and room! Very central location, 10 min walk to the train station, 5min walk to Duomo. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Aneta who greeted us upon arrival shared the map with us and market the best route to see all in one day stay in Florence. We couldn’t ask for more! She was so helpful and kind! Our room had the most comfortable bed and pillows and we had the best night of sleep. We stayed in the old Music room with stunning ceiling. Breakfast had wide selection and very tasty. Complementary drink for the guests with nibbles was a lovely touch.

Beautiful hotel- loved all the little touches. We didnt need it but the phone for use during the stay was such a great idea. Also loved having use of netflix. We enjoyed the complimentary aperitif. Our room was absolutely stunning- the views were incredible amd the terrace views were something else. Staff were so helpful getting us taxis etc

The bell to get in was hard to find! Our taxi driver dropping us off thought the hotel was closed. However we really appreciated the level of security.
