It is really a budget budget room xD. Big, but don't expect any facilities. But hey, the room was clean and the bed nice. And there was plenty of space for our stuff. Don't expect a hair dryer or anything like that. If this was all, i would have given a 9 given the price we paid for the room.

--- This point does not apply to you if you do not arrive with your own car --- Unfortunately, we felt a bit surprised about additional costs. That is solely because we arrived by car. We selected this location specifically because we thought it had own parking. Turns out, it's not. There is a parking garage, for which you can buy a discounted ticket at the hotel for 10 euro a day. This is a huge additional cost, especially if you stay for longer. Its mentioned in the FAQ of booking.com, but of course we didn't read the whole FAQ for it. Because its in the FAQ we don't let this influence the rating. But if you read this and this applies to you; be sure to know parking costs at least 10 euro a day.

The hotel is a nice price-performance hotel where you can stay in Graz. I arrived after 10pm, I wrote my name on the check-in machine at the entrance, the machine gave me a piece of paper with my room number and password written on it, and this process only took 1 minute. Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. Clean rooms and bathroom also have a shower and body shampoo. The size of the room is also up to your expectations, the size is already written in the room features. It's worth what you pay for. Looking at the rating of the hotel, I think people want to see much more than they pay for.

There is no hair dryer in the rooms (I think you can get it from the reception), no slippers, cattle and mini fridge. If these are very important to you, you can look at more expensive hotels.

Location is right in the city center (Lendplatz) and aproxx 10 min walk from the Main square and town hall. River Mur and Fortress 5 min walk.. Ibis is Ibis, same in the whole world. It was simple but good choice for short stay. They have a parking for 10 eur per day, and that was really helpfull in the city like Graz. DM market and Hofer market right across the street, Sport bar nearby and many other shops and restaurants on Lendplatz, 2 min walk... We were satisfied in general

The check inn process was slow but we just arrived around 3 p.m. like everyone else...

If you're not demanding for comfort and you want to sleep in an extremely accessible place, close to the city center, at a low price, this is the ideal location. I have stayed here many times and find it very convenient. Clean, simple, basic, in the city center. The room is small, with a double bed and a transverse one on top, sink and shower in the room, and the basic amenities you need. ideal for sleep & go. There is a charge for parking in the basement, but this is also a plus considering the location.

Considering the low price and excellent location, you can't really complain about the minimalism of the hotel.

The location is great, it's near a square with a lot of food options and also easily walkable to the city center. The check-in and check-out process is quite simple - we were able to check-in a bit early in the reception which opened a bit before expected and you just need to drop your card in a box for checkout. The room is quite small and basic but with all you need.

The temperature in the shower would not stay constant - switching to hot and cold on it's own. There were no outlets on the sides of the bed, we had to charge the phones in a desk away from the bed. Do not expect a good view - we were facing a student dormitory, where we would see students in their own rooms as well. The room was a bit hot, but the AC did not seem to be working in our room.

Comfortable bed. Amazing shower pressure. Reasonable location in the Lens district and about 10 mins walk to the heart of the old town. Room cleaned every day.

The self check in option needs to be made clearer. I waited about 15 mins to check in normally only to be told I could self check in on the machine. Another guest also wasn’t made aware earlier this was possible. Make it clearer!! A kettle and hair dryer in the room would have been handy. The walls are thin so you can hear noise, and I could strongly smell the perfume of the female guest in the room next to me through the vent in the toilet.

The hotel was tucked away in a quiet one-way lane in the heart of Graz. The underground parking was 10 euro well spent as there was a direct lift into the hotel. The only CATCH TO KEEP IN MIND was that one had to park precariously in front of the hotel FIRST to get a discount parking ticket from the reception BEFORE driving through the garage boom-gate. OTHERWISE NO PARKING DISCOUNT for you. Other than that, the hotel was budget accommodation at its best. The room was compact but very new and clean. No loose ends whatsoever. And the location was as central as it gets. Everything was within a 5 minutes' walk.

I loved how accessible the hotel is to everything and how helpful everyone at the front desk was!

The last two nights of the stay, there were children studying at the hotel who were screaming and playing games until very late at night. While I know it’s not the hotel’s problem, the adults supervising the children were unable to keep them calm. This obviously made these nights very loud and difficult to sleep.

I liked the hotel the room containes everything that you need and it is spacious (who would off thought). Nothing was missing in a room, there were toilet paper, towels, trash can, shelves, nice smelling vegan soap for washing). I liked the air conditioner the most but first i didn't realised its actually air conditioner bc its not typical (i thought it's some kind of vent) but it was working really well and it didn't gave me allergies which i usually get under climate devices... Here it was ok. You can also open the window at night for some fresh air. The location is ideal as the hotel 🏩 is really close to railway station and in very center of Graz.

I just got scared first bc it was said people will be in reception untill 21.00 pm but no one was there but they have good automatic service where you just confirm your check in in device with your name and also you pay there. Device then gives you code for room and nuber of room and thats it. It worked for us.

This hotel was very typical of Ibis Budget. The room is relatively small with a private shower and toilet. Every room has a double bed with a single (bunk) bed overhead. Storage space is limited, but the price is hard to beat. The breakfast was the same as any other Ibis Budget, some cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruits, etc. The location is reasonable with a 10-15 minute walk to the main sites. Parking is easy to find directly behind the hotel.

The door buzzer from parking was not working properly since reception moved to the 1st floor.
