Location was good, had lots of space and nice lounge where we had bar snacks. After prompting the receptionist recommended a great restaurant in the town. We didn't have the hotel breakfast but found great little breakfast spot a short walk away. Able to use the trams on instruction from reception although their information about paying wasn't right. Enjoyed trip to Schloss Eggenburg and able to get tram back to main station on our departure.

When we arrived we felt the welcome rather luke warm - we weren't offered information (although we got a map and recommendations when we asked) - and we did have a problem with noise in the room (some sort of alarm) and so had to move eventually.

The room was large and decorated with stylish furniture - large bureau, table, sofa and wardrobe. The hotel was tastefully decorated with a range of sofas in the lounge and original artwork hung throughout. There was a good selection for breakfast and at all times the staff were courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. The garden was terraced, included a small swimming pool and there were tables and chairs on different terraces giving views across the city. The location was within walking distance of local places of interest. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I have no negative comments to make. We loved everything about the hotel.

It was a lovely place with Austrian architecture, easily accessible by Taxi, Tram, waking and close to the city center. The Breakfast was fantastic with wide variety of selection. Altogether we stayed five nights. more the very kind young staff members both in the reception and the Restuarant attending promptly to our requests . Their response to the customers is exceptional, you feel you are in good hands. We would love to stay in a future visit.

Historic building beautifully renovated, filled with art. Spacious room with vintage furniture. Very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Very central location. Very clean. Chocolates near the bed and living flowers in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay!

Not all rooms have elevator leading to them. It was no problem for us, but I would recommand future visitors to specify that if needed. Could have one more armchair in the room, we did not ask for it though.

The lovely staff who are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast- good selection to choose from- Bircher style overnight oats, various yoghurts, fresh local types of bread, fresh fruit salad, hams and cheese, local breakfast cakes, danish pastries, smoked salmon and cooked breakfast options choice of teas, coffees and juices Rooms all very individual, this is a historic building with each room styled to match its shape and features but with all mod cons such as Aircon and lovely bathrooms, coffee machine in room.Of course there is a huge variety of art all around the hotel including bedrooms. There are some modern rooms in the new building just across from the hotel. Lovely lounge in hotel where you can order drinks and light snacks. Didn't get chance to try the pool but it looks lovely in the garden.

Would like to be able to make a cup of tea in the bedroom but only Nespresso coffee machine

Great hotel in a very nice location. Walkable distance to all the attractions. Quite spacious suites with all required amenities, also very warm rooms. The staff was friendly and polite, very helpful at all times. We ended up in the hotel on Christmas Eve, and thankfully the restaurant was working, while the whole city was closed. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh, one of the best cake selections I've seen in hotels.

The location was excellent, almost right in the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs made to order as well as the buffet. The room was lovely, furnished with older pieces but all modern comforts. We loved the hotel itself, with artwork everywhere and the wonderful multilevel terrace behind. Staff were very helpful with dinner reservations, recommending an excellent restaurant very close by. Parking was very easy, with staff taking the car away and bringing it back on request, and also helping with luggage. One of our favourite hotel experiences.

It was our third stay at this hotel. We had amazing room with beautiful view. The staff was kind and very helpful. They solved problem what we experienced very quickly.

We had issue with air condition in very hot day, but this was solved very fast by hotel staff and honestly it's hard to find words to describe how they helpful they were. This is not a complaint, but praise for the team's ability to act in crisis situations.

Great location with an easy walk to the old Town where there were shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating assisting us with luggage and rooms. They have a parking service which we used which was helpful. Rooms were comfy and what an amazing view from the sun Terrace by the pool. Very pretty hotel with a lot of character.

Can't complain about anything as it was a cute and comfy hotel.

My room as looking on a small patio I couldn't see the sky and nothing from the surrounding. As it was on the first floo I could never open the window. i am used as asingle person we get the worst doublerooms.
