Great location that's close to a ton of restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful to arrange for expedited laundry services after an outing to Acatenango. The room didn't have AC but the fan was quite powerful. Hot showers were great - water pressure was awesome. Free coffee station, plus water available to refill your bottles for drinking. Loved the courtyard and the rooftop view!

Room was a little cramped, but otherwise shelves and space provided was adequate. If you leave the room you have to bring the key, or else you'll get locked out.

The plant filled courtyard is so beautiful! The beds had 4 pillows each, which felt very lovely and luxurious. It’s so convenient that there’s a kitchen and a refrigerator for guests to use. We really appreciated the coffee ready in the courtyard at 6:30AM. The staff courteously allowed us to securely store our luggage after checkout while we climbed Volcán Acatenango.

The air freshener or cleaning products left a very strong smell in the room, but we were able to solve it by opening the windows and running the fan while we went out to dinner.

Very clean and simple. Rooms dark which keeps them cool. Lovely outdoor area with tables and chairs in a garden.Lovely rooftop terrace. Coffee and hot water provided all day.

Towels very thin and only one supplied. No hot water in basin and no hot water for first night shower. Second night was slightly better with water luke warm. Noisy tour guests in garden till late and then up early (3am) who woke us up.

Wonderful place! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to book a tour right from the hotel to Volcán de Pacaya which made things so easy and hassle free. The courtyard is gorgeous, the room had a fan, and the hotel is a very short walk to the city center. Great value for what you get and would definitely recommend this place if you go to Antigua - it has everything you need.

Walls were very thin - you could hear everyone right outside your door so sleeping in wasn’t a possibility at all. Beds were also not the most comfortable, but honestly just for a one night stay it’s pretty doable and standard for what you would find in Antigua anyway.

Beautiful courtyard, so many plants and places to sit and relax. Loved the roof terrace and very handy having a kitchen and tea making facilities downstairs. Staff also very helpful with booking transport etc.

You can’t avoid noise in a courtyard layout, acoustics of closing doors etc and there were quite a few noisy inconsiderate guests talking loudly in the area late at night and early morning. It would have been more of an issue if we were staying longer. Also we really appreciated the kitchen to cook for ourselves but there was a lack of cutlery to eat what we’d cooked! And no washing up items for cleaning

The staff were very accommodating and were very responsive. We also noticed that the tours/shuttle services had very competitive pricing compared to what we found on guatego or other websites.

The room is good value for money but it might get a bit hot during the summer. So that's something to keep in mind if booking during summer.

The accommodation is in the center of the town, close to everything. Nice garden with a lot of flowers and plants and a fountain, looks well. Coffee is always available. Big pro is the rooftop terrace with view to the volcano. Hot water in the bathroom is also an advantage.

Bed was very outdated, not comfy to sleep.

No breakfast in the hotel, and noisy (the acustics of the building - you can hear pretty much everything that is going on in the corridor - hence, you will not sleep long, for a short stay it is really good though - the view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular :) And one more remark - we talked with some fellow traveler about the Russian agression in Ukraine and were asked... not to discuss this topic - as it made the russian guests feel uncomfortable... I find it pretty outrageous. Especially in a country that also did suffer from violence. You guys should stand with Ukraine not with the agressor!

Great location, super friendly staff and good English, GREAT rooftop, loved the plants and seating, free use of kitchen and water. Good size room. Snacks/water/drinks in room for a fee. Locked cabinet in the room for valuebles. Pet friendly, even though we didn't brung any, nice touch. Laundry available per bag, small or big so not per piece.

Could get noisy but never till late. I had one double bed and one single bed, slept in the single because the double matress should have been replaced. Shower ok, less pressure was hot water but once I had cold water. Fan in room, no mosquito nets on windows.

We have stayed here several times and are always satisfied. I love the rooftop balcony to have coffee in the morning and enjoy the view. The staff is pleasant, and the rooms are small but comfy. The location can't be beat. So close to center of city and most sites. We will definitely stay again each time we come to Guatemala which is yearly.

Our room for the first night was so small that there was no room to walk if you didn't put luggage on bed. We asked for a different room for the 2nd night and they willingly accommodated. On our last morning there, they did not make coffee. I asked for them to make some, and they said they did not make it if the hotel was not full! I thought that was ridiculous as any hotel I have ever stayed in always has a pot of coffee available in the morning. Really, how hard is it to make a pot of coffee for your guests.
