Location was very convenient, close to tube station. Room was adequate and excellent value for money considering London. Breakfast was excellent of quality and quantity.

The location and friendly and helpful staff.

Apart from the reasonable price, the location is another reason for our choice of stay. A tube station is just around the corner for the Central Line, and a bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Hop on the buses going directly to White City or Brent Cross from there. The size of the bedroom is just okay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is very continental yet generous. Most importantly is the staff; they are kind and friendly. All smiles from them. And definitely a lovely shout-out to Ms Halina who was lovely, very accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. A worthwhile stay indeed!

Room was clean, breakfast was OK (both sweet and salty options such as cereals, croissant and jam, yogurt or eggs, hashbrowns, toasts, sausages, bacon, beans...), excellent location regarding transport to Central London (tube station about 1-2 minute walk from the hotel, Central Line) and to other parts of the city (bus stop right in front of the hotel and around the corner), there were two grocery shops and a café in the immediate proximity of the hotel. Would definitely recommend and come here again.

There were three of us so we needed an extra bed, as the result of which there was not so much space in the room for our bags and things. Also, the window was restricted and could not be open so we missed fresh air a bit, however, there was air-conditioning installed in the room.

We really liked how clean the Hotel was. We got new towels, new sheets and the bed was made everyday. All the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful especially a woman called Garofita. She made sure that the breakfast was complete everyday, as soon as something was out she refilled it immediately. She also cleaned up tables as soon as people finished eating such that we always had a clean table for breakfast and really enjoy it as well.

The only disadvantage is maybe the location since it does take 25min to the city with the underground. Personally we did not find it a problem though.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It is situated just a few metres away from the from the tube. Would highly recommend to persons who are planning on using the underground as their means of transportation.

The room was clean, but, no wardrobe or drawers, which would be ok for a 1 night stay, but we stayed for 3 nights and had various things to attend, so would have expected some storage space, to keep things increased or stored away. The breakfast was ok, nothing more. The location is what it is, all modes of transport were very easily accessible from the hotel, the hotel staff helped with any logistical questions immediately and effectively , there were local supermarkets on the doorstep for any extra supplies needed, and there were even street food vans within 100m if needed. All in all, a pleasant stay at a well run and friendly hotel.

Not really a complaint but it should be mentioned to potential customers that there is a huge HS2 24hr construction site at the back of the hotel which is very noisy 24/7, plus although it’s a benefit having the tube station so close to the hotel, you are laid in bed at night listening to the boarding instructions until the early hours.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cannot praise their service enough! Breakfast was presented well and easy for self service. Lots of choice!

The plug socket on left side of bed did not work. I plugged my phone in overnight to charge but when I woke up in the morning it was dead because the plug socket did not work. This was a bit frustrating as I had tickets/bookings on my phone that I needed for that day and I would be out all day. The outside of the shower seal was very mouldy. I think this should be looked at or resealed as it brings down the overall cleanliness of the room.

Location, Breakfast, Room, Staff (except for one person) - almost everything was good.

Day of our check out, there was an employee, who acted like he was the manager or owner of the Hotel - he was really unpleasant. Yelling at colleagues and giving warnings. For everyone to see and hear. Reprimanding another employee because a guest asked about places to get drinks in the area and she recommended a few. He said, she shouldn‘t do that, guests should drink at the Hotel Bar so they can make money. He was giving us dirty looks because we sat a little longer in the seating area (my kid had fever and headache). He was also commenting about us angrily to his colleagues. The satisfaction we had about our stay was gone because of him. Very disrespectful!

The location is very good, 3min from the tube North Acton station which takes you directly to the city center. The staff was very friendly, the gentleman during my check-in was very responsive and changed the room when I requested. Moreover, the room was very clean, Ms. Loredana was taking good care of the room.

The breakfast was good, however, as I was staying for two weeks at the hotel, the breakfast after 1 week of my stay became boring as it was always the same. Maybe as a suggestion, it would be a good idea to have 2 options and alternate them from one week to another.

Great location, just a minute from the Tube (Central line which takes you to the city center with no or one transfer), with a Tesco express, Sainsbury's and Costa Coffee near. The staff was awesome! Breakfast was good with gluten-free bread available. Overall a really nice experience.

The lifts were probably on strike during our visit (one wasn't working at all and one was really not smart – you pressed the button on 2nd floor and the lift went from Ground to 4th and to Ground again without stopping on the 2nd floor). Breakfast was the same every day which got slightly boring after a few days.
