Staff were great and very accommodating, the room was lovely and spacious with 2 windows so had great light! The bed was comfy, and great addition of the TV. Sockets at both sides of the bed which is always a plus! we didn't hear any noise from other rooms above or below, and the hotel is close to Shepheard's bush market underground which is great! The breakfast at Little Napoli was lovely also! something id never think of ordering but next time i am near i will definitely be going back for one! an Italian breakfast! it had egg, sausage, bacon & Mozzarella with toast it was lovely! We were there when the incident others below have mentioned regarding the fire engines, however the hotel did everything they can, the situation was out of there hands and due to a fridge malfunction, we were checked in and out by the firemen, and the caution was taken all for our safety, the gent on the front desk was extremely apologetic the following morning.

The room was clean with clean bedding and clean bathroom. Staff were nice and welcoming! Beds were comfy and were given 2 towels so one each! Stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had and offered what we needed.
The room was small so was hard to move around with our bags but we was out in the day so didn’t matter that much. They was a smell coming from the fridge. The walls are thin so could hear people next door through the night.

The property was as advertised, the rooms were basic but very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I needed ironing board etc. and staff got me it promptly, they also helped me find location for breakfast which is a small Italian restaurant five minutes walk from hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel is also close to Shepherd’s Bush Market and tube station which is ten minutes walk, however you can get bus outside hotel. However you have pubs , supermarkets and restaurants within two minutes of hotel. Also if you are a football fan QPR are a ten minute walk away.
The only thing I didn’t like was the shower as I am a big guy and it was an attached shower so I had to stand under it and move around to get wet.

I had requested a quiet room, so although it was a little dark in the room, being given a basement room well away from road traffic noise was a very good option. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very welcoming when I entered.
I was nearly caught out by having to show ID on arrival. I booked in a hurry just before I set-off from home that morning and had not seen the part in the email confirmation stipulating ID was required. I was lucky I had my driving licence with me, as I don't tend to carry ID. There was a slightly musty/damp smell in the bathroom. Being a basement room with just a small window and very little natural light, I felt the bedroom light needed to be brighter, or a side lamp would have been useful.

was in an ideal place, lots of shops and lovely little pub on the corner of the street basically next door to the hotel, room was comfortable and modern with TV and small fridge
it was quite noisy from a pub right next door and main road next to hotel even when the window was shut and walls were quite thin as you could hear people taking late at night, the window in our room was cracked so maybe this was why it was noisy for us, there was also dirt in the bottom of the shower when we first went in, not sure where it had came from but looked like something had fell from the light or ceiling, I wouldn’t say these ruined the stay or anything just little things but the hotel was lovely and perfect for a night or two

Paying for parking was well worth it for less stressful day. So helpful in pointing us to where we needed to go and provided us with app details for local buses. Saved us a fortune. Room nice and warm, very comfortable for our overnight stay.
Breakfast was two pieces of toast, ham and bit of melted cheese. It was different but thought it would be regular cooked fry up breakfast. it was nice and wouldn’t put me off coming again.

I was really hesitant with the reviews of the hotel and the constant remarks regarding the bed bugs.. but I’ve got to say the hotel were very clear that if any were found they would offer a new room which I thought was very transparent.. my room didn’t have any, and it was a clean and spacious stay, shower was fine, facilities and staff were great.. location was perfect for me to get into Hammersmith and there was very little noise, got to say this hotel gets a bit of a raw deal with the reviews.. I was very impressed and will be back.
For what I paid and the location I really don’t have any feedback.. the mattress and pillows could do with upgrades as they did feel quite dated but that’s all.. the hotel is what it is…

Warm room .clean .nice towels .very small bathroom not much room on sitting on the toilet knees on the wall . Quite a wait for hot water to arrive in the shower but had read about this possibility on the email received prior to our stay. A good comfortable sleep and the situation of our room was very peaceful.
Only grumble was the lack of space in the bathroom. But manageable we stayed 1 night .

Clean, comfortable beds, good locality.
Very disappointed by breakfast - being served in a closeby small italian restaurant. Just 1 chief and waiter 2in1, so long waiting time, especially when all the gest from hotel came at simillar time. Breakfast took over 1,5 h. Not good at all. Better to take accommodation without breakfast. Everyone from the guests was upset. Just a lost of time, that everyone wants to spend in London and not at this restaurant. In the room no place to put our belongings. No cupboatd, no shelfs.
